Most multi-channel merchants end up with WooCommerce as one of several order screens instead of the single source of truth. The Marketplace Order Importer & Fulfillment Router flips that: it makes WooCommerce your central OMS, pulling orders from every connected marketplace into native WooCommerce orders and deciding — per order — whether they ship from FBA, a 3PL, or your own warehouse.
This is a build-to-order plugin. ECOSIRE builds it against your marketplace connections, your fulfillment partners, and your WooCommerce setup, then installs and supports it on your live WordPress site. There is no instant WordPress.org download — you get a plugin engineered for your channel mix and SKU structure.
Under the hood it registers a polling job on WP-Cron (or a real system cron for high volume) that authenticates to each marketplace API, normalizes payloads, and inserts orders via the WooCommerce REST/CRUD layer — fully HPOS-compatible (high-performance custom order tables) as well as the legacy post-based store. Every imported order is tagged with its source channel and external order ID stored in order meta, so reporting, search, and your accountant always know where revenue came from.
The routing engine evaluates configurable rules — by SKU, marketplace, destination country, weight, or stock location — and assigns each order a fulfillment path, firing WordPress actions/filters your other plugins can hook. When a shipment is confirmed, the plugin writes tracking numbers and carrier back to the originating marketplace so the buyer is notified on the channel they bought from. Yes. Imports are written through the WooCommerce CRUD/REST layer rather than directly to wp_posts, so the plugin is compatible with both HPOS custom order tables and the legacy post-based order storage. How are payments handled for orders that the marketplace already collected?
Marketplace-collected payments are imported as revenue-excluded. The order appears in WooCommerce with its line items, customer, and shipping address so you can fulfill, sync inventory, and write tracking back — but the payment total is flagged as externally settled so it does not double-count against money WooCommerce actually processed through your own gateways.
Will it create duplicate orders if a marketplace API retries or I re-run the poll?
No. Every import is idempotent: the external marketplace order ID is stored in order meta and checked before insert, so a re-poll, an API retry, or an overlapping WP-Cron run will skip orders that already exist instead of creating duplicates.
Can my other shipping or ERP plugins react to imported and routed orders?
Yes. The plugin fires WordPress actions and filters when an order is imported and when it is assigned a fulfillment path, so your 3PL connector, shipping-label plugin, or ERP integration can hook those events.
