JD.com Connector for WooCommerce bridges your WooCommerce store and JD.com (JINGdong) so a single WordPress catalog drives your China-market listings, inventory and order flow. It is not an instant marketplace download — ECOSIRE builds the plugin to your store's taxonomy and JD store type, installs it on your WordPress site, configures the JD Open Platform API credentials, and supports it after launch.
The connector registers a custom post type and admin screens under wp-admin for mapping WooCommerce categories and product attributes to JD's category tree and required attribute sets, so each published SKU lands in a valid JD listing instead of being rejected. Product publishing reads from the WooCommerce REST API and the WC product CRUD layer, pushing titles, images, variations and price to JD via the JD Open Platform endpoints.
Stock and price synchronization runs on a scheduled job through WP-Cron (or a real system cron for reliability), with a retry queue so transient JD API errors don't silently drop updates. Order import pulls JD orders into WooCommerce as native orders — fully HPOS / custom order tables compatible — and writes logistics and tracking numbers back to JD when you fulfil.
The build handles both JD self-operated (FBP/SOPL-style) and POP (third-party marketplace) store flows, since the order and settlement semantics differ. WordPress hooks, actions and filters are exposed at every sync stage so your developers can extend mapping logic, and the connector is structured to coexist with WPML / multisite setups. How long does delivery take, since this isn't an instant download?
This is built to order. After we confirm scope and your JD store type, a typical build, install and configuration takes about 2 to 4 weeks depending on how many categories and attributes need mapping and JD Open Platform API access provisioning on your side. You receive the plugin installed and working on your WordPress site, not a generic zip to self-configure.
What ongoing support and updates are included?
The build includes 30 days of post-launch bug-fix support. After that we offer a paid maintenance plan covering JD Open Platform API changes, WooCommerce and WordPress core compatibility updates, and enhancements. Because we built the connector, we can adapt it when JD or WooCommerce changes their APIs.
Do you support both JD self-operated and JD POP (marketplace) stores?
Yes. The two have different order, fulfilment and settlement semantics, so we configure the connector for your specific JD store type during the build. If you operate both, we scope that explicitly.
