Grocery & Supermarket Ordering for WooCommerce turns a standard WooCommerce store into a real grocery-ordering platform — the kind of experience shoppers expect from a dark store or supermarket app, running entirely on your own WordPress site.
This is a build-to-order plugin: ECOSIRE builds it against your catalogue, installs it on your WordPress/WooCommerce environment, and supports it after launch. It is not an instant marketplace download. After purchase we scope your SKUs, delivery zones and tax rules, then deliver a configured, tested plugin.
The plugin adds a quick-order / barcode quick-add interface (a custom block + shortcode) so staff and repeat shoppers can build a 40-item basket by SKU or scanned barcode in seconds, plus reorder-from-history and saved shopping lists stored against the customer account. Delivery time-slot scheduling is implemented as a custom slot post type with per-zone capacity, surfaced at checkout and enforced server-side via WooCommerce checkout validation hooks. Weight/volume-based variable pricing computes line totals from a price-per-kg/litre field on the product, with a configurable random-weight tolerance so "approx 1.2 kg" items reconcile correctly at fulfilment.

No. This is a build-to-order plugin. How long does delivery and setup take?

What ongoing support and updates are included?
Your purchase includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration help, plus compatibility updates as WooCommerce and WordPress release new versions (including HPOS-related changes). We can extend support and offer maintenance retainers. We do not silently auto-push updates to production — changes are applied with your awareness, ideally on staging first.
Will it work with HPOS, my theme, payment gateway and WPML?
Yes. The plugin declares HPOS (custom order tables) compatibility and is built on standard WooCommerce hooks, the Store/REST API and order item meta, so it coexists with your theme and gateway rather than replacing checkout. How does weight-based pricing handle items that vary in weight, like produce or meat?
You set a price-per-kg or per-litre on the product, and the plugin computes line totals from it. A configurable random-weight tolerance lets shoppers order an approximate quantity (for example 'about 1.2 kg'); at fulfilment the actual picked weight reconciles the line and the order total via standard WooCommerce order editing, so the customer is charged the true amount within the tolerance you define.
Can my delivery app, picker tablet or POS read and write orders?
Yes. The plugin exposes WooCommerce REST API endpoints for slots, substitution choices and reorders on top of core WooCommerce order endpoints, so an external delivery app, picking tablet or POS can sync slot capacity, read substitution preferences and update fulfilment status.
