Selling a car the WooCommerce way is easy. Selling access to a car — every month, with mileage limits, swaps and add-ons — is not. WooCommerce core has no concept of a recurring lease, a mileage allowance, or a physical vehicle that can only be allocated to one subscriber at a time. This plugin closes that gap.
ECOSIRE builds Fleet & Vehicle Subscription/Lease Booking as a custom WooCommerce extension and installs it directly on your WordPress site. Each plan is a WooCommerce product backed by a vehicle custom post type (make, model, VIN, plate, status, location), so availability and allocation are first-class data — not spreadsheet guesswork. When a subscriber checks out, a WordPress action hook reserves a specific unit, flips its status to allocated, and writes the lease term to your order.
Recurring billing runs on your chosen gateway (WooCommerce Subscriptions, Stripe Billing, or a direct integration) with renewals driven by WP-Cron (or a real server cron for reliability). Mileage tiers are enforced with monthly allowances and automatic overage fees added as line items at renewal. Subscribers request swaps or upgrades and bolt on insurance and maintenance add-ons from a My Account panel — each request lands in a wp-admin queue for your team to approve, with the vehicle re-allocation handled for you.
Everything is built on HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage), exposes data through the WooCommerce REST API for your fleet or telematics tools, and ships WPML-ready strings for multilingual stores.

Is this an instant download I can install myself?
No. This is a build-to-order product. ECOSIRE scopes the plugin to your fleet model, gateway and workflow, then builds, installs and tests it on your WordPress site. You receive the full source code, but it is delivered as a finished, configured solution — not a self-serve marketplace download.
How long does delivery take?
A typical build is delivered in roughly 2–4 weeks after we confirm scope, depending on your gateway, the complexity of your mileage and swap rules, and any telematics/ERP integrations. We share a staging deployment for your UAT before go-live, so you sign off on the working system before it touches production.
What about ongoing support and updates?

Which payment gateway handles the recurring lease charges?

Does it prevent the same vehicle from being booked twice?
Yes. Each plan is backed by a `vehicle` custom post type, and allocation runs through WordPress action hooks at checkout that reserve a specific unit and flip its status to allocated. A vehicle that is on an active lease cannot be allocated to another subscriber until it is returned or freed by an approved swap.
