Editing a large WooCommerce catalog through the stock wp-admin product list is slow and error-prone: you open each product, wait for the block editor to load, change one field, save, and repeat. The usual escape hatch — exporting a CSV, editing it in Excel, and re-importing — risks overwriting the wrong columns, breaking variations, and clobbering SEO meta. This plugin replaces both with an inline spreadsheet grid rendered inside wp-admin, backed by the WooCommerce REST API and WordPress core data layer.
The grid reads product and product_variation records (HPOS-aware where order data is touched) and lets you edit regular price, sale price, stock quantity, stock status, weight, dimensions, categories, tags, global and custom attributes, plus SEO fields from Yoast SEO or Rank Math and arbitrary post meta. Edits are batched and written through validated, parameterized queries and core functions (wc_update_product_stock, wp_set_object_terms, update_post_meta) so caches, lookup tables, and term counts stay consistent.
Power features: find-and-replace across any text column, formula updates (raise price by 10%, round to .99, set sale = price − fixed), saved filters and column profiles so each manager opens straight to their working set, and scheduled sale runs via WP-Cron that flip sale prices on and off at a chosen date and revert cleanly afterward.
This is a build-to-order plugin. ECOSIRE configures it to your taxonomies, attribute set, SEO plugin and any custom fields, then installs it on your live WordPress site and supports it. Does it work with HPOS, WPML and multisite?
Yes. The plugin is built HPOS-aware (it respects WooCommerce custom order tables where order data is referenced) and we configure it for WPML translated catalogs and WordPress multisite during the build.
