Brevo (Email/SMS/WhatsApp) Marketing for WooCommerce is a build-to-order plugin that turns your store into a multichannel marketing machine without stitching together five disconnected tools. ECOSIRE builds it against the Brevo REST API (v3), installs it on your WordPress site, and supports it after launch — this is not an instant WordPress.org or WooCommerce.com download.

The plugin listens to native WooCommerce hooks — woocommerce_new_order, woocommerce_order_status_changed, woocommerce_created_customer, and user_register — so every new customer and order syncs to Brevo contacts and lists in near real time, with a WP-Cron reconciliation job that backfills history and retries any failed API calls. Contact attributes (lifetime value, last order date, order count, billing country, purchased SKUs) are mapped to Brevo so you can segment precisely.

From there you run email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns and marketing-automation workflows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back) triggered by real store events sent as Brevo tracking events. The built-in CRM keeps contact timelines, deals, and notes synced to the same Brevo account your store feeds. Optionally, transactional email (order confirmations, password resets, WooCommerce emails) is routed through Brevo's SMTP/API for better deliverability and open tracking.

Everything respects HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage), works on WPML and multisite, and is configured from a dedicated wp-admin settings screen — API key, list/attribute mapping, consent handling, and channel toggles.
