The plugin listens to native WooCommerce hooks — woocommerce_new_order, woocommerce_order_status_changed, woocommerce_created_customer, and user_register — so every new customer and order syncs to Brevo contacts and lists in near real time, with a WP-Cron reconciliation job that backfills history and retries any failed API calls. Contact attributes (lifetime value, last order date, order count, billing country, purchased SKUs) are mapped to Brevo so you can segment precisely.
From there you run email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns and marketing-automation workflows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back) triggered by real store events sent as Brevo tracking events. The built-in CRM keeps contact timelines, deals, and notes synced to the same Brevo account your store feeds. Optionally, transactional email (order confirmations, password resets, WooCommerce emails) is routed through Brevo's SMTP/API for better deliverability and open tracking.

+Do I need a paid Brevo plan?
You need your own Brevo account. The free tier works for testing and low-volume email, but SMS, WhatsApp, and higher email volumes require Brevo's paid plans or credits — those are billed by Brevo, separate from this one-time build fee. We configure the integration to whatever plan you have.
+Is it compatible with HPOS, WPML, and multisite?
Yes. The plugin is built against WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) rather than legacy post-meta, and supports WPML and WordPress multisite. For multisite we can connect each subsite to its own Brevo list or share one account, depending on your setup.
