The Shipping Automation & Carrier Hub for Shopify is a custom embedded app that ECOSIRE designs, builds and installs for your store — it is not an instant App Store download. After purchase we provision a dedicated app on your Shopify org, complete the OAuth install, and wire it to your fulfillment stack so labels, rates and tracking stop being manual work.
Once live, the app subscribes to the **orders/create, orders/fulfilled and fulfillments/* webhooks and reads order, customer and multi-location inventory data through the Admin GraphQL API. Shipping rules you define (weight, destination zone, value, SKU tags, declared origin location) drive automated rate shopping across 170+ carrier connections, then generate the cheapest or fastest compliant label** and write the tracking number back to the Shopify fulfillment so the customer's order status updates automatically.
For EU and cross-border sellers we handle the parts off-the-shelf apps gloss over: commercial-invoice and CN22/CN23 customs data, HS-code and country-of-origin fields stored in product metafields, and zone-aware carrier selection. A branded tracking page and self-service returns portal keep customers on your domain, and pick-list plus batch processing lets your warehouse print and confirm dozens of orders in one pass.
Because it is built to your workflow, the rules engine, carrier mix and label templates match how you actually ship — not a generic preset. ECOSIRE owns the build, the install and ongoing support. Is this an instant App Store download?
No. This is a build-to-order app that ECOSIRE designs, builds and installs for your store. After purchase we scope your carriers, zones and order volume, then provision a dedicated app and complete the OAuth install on your Shopify org. You are buying bespoke software plus the install, not a self-serve download.
How long does delivery take after I order?
We start with a short scoping call to confirm your carrier accounts, shipping zones and warehouse workflow. A standard build typically lands within a few weeks; complex cross-border customs flows or many carrier integrations extend that. We give you a firm timeline in writing before development begins — no work starts until scope and lead time are agreed.
What ongoing support and updates do I get?
Every build includes a post-launch support window for fixes and tuning, plus handover documentation and a team walkthrough. Beyond that, ECOSIRE offers continued support and maintenance — carrier API changes, new shipping rules, added carriers and Shopify API-version upgrades — under an ongoing arrangement scoped to your needs. You are never left to maintain bespoke code alone.
Will it use my negotiated carrier rates?
Yes. Your own carrier account credentials are stored in a credential vault and used for rate shopping, so quotes reflect your negotiated rates rather than retail pricing. The rules engine then picks the cheapest or fastest compliant service per your configuration across the 170+ supported carriers.
Does it handle EU and cross-border customs paperwork?
Yes — that is a core focus. The app generates commercial invoices and CN22/CN23 customs declarations, and stores HS codes and country-of-origin on product metafields so the data is populated automatically at fulfillment. Carrier selection is zone-aware so cross-border parcels route through services that accept the destination and declared contents.
