The Shipping Aggregator (Shiprocket-style) is a build-to-order Shopify app that ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports for your store — it is not an instant App Store download. After purchase we scope your couriers, connect your Shopify store via OAuth, and ship a working aggregation panel tailored to your fulfillment workflow.

Built as an embedded Shopify Admin app using Polaris and App Bridge, it reads your orders through the Admin GraphQL API, subscribes to orders/create, orders/fulfilled and orders/cancelled webhooks, and respects multi-location inventory so the right warehouse ships each line item. Carrier credentials, rate cards and remittance state are stored in our backend and mirrored into Shopify metafields for portability.

At its core is rate shopping: at fulfillment time the app queries every aggregated courier, ranks the quotes by price/ETA/zone, and surfaces the cheapest viable rate — using pre-negotiated discounted rates where you lack your own carrier accounts. One click generates a shipping label and manifest, writes the tracking number back to the Shopify fulfillment, and triggers the carrier pickup.

For COD-heavy markets, a dedicated remittance dashboard reconciles collected-on-delivery amounts against carrier payouts so you always know what is owed and what has cleared. A branded tracking page — on your domain, in your theme — reduces WISMO ("where is my order") tickets by giving customers self-serve, real-time status.

Because it is custom-built, the courier set, rate logic, COD rules and tracking design are shaped around your business. We deliver source-available, documented, and backed by an ongoing support and maintenance agreement.

Is this an instant download from the Shopify App Store?

No. This is a build-to-order app. ECOSIRE custom-builds it for your store — scoping your couriers, connecting via OAuth, and tailoring the rate logic, COD rules and tracking page to your business. It is not a self-serve App Store listing, and we never claim an instant install.

How long does delivery take after I purchase?

A typical build runs about 3 to 5 weeks after the kickoff call, depending on how many couriers you need integrated, whether you bring your own carrier accounts or use our discounted rate cards, and the complexity of your COD remittance rules. We confirm a firm timeline during scoping before any build work begins.

What ongoing support and updates do I get?

The $499 covers the build and installation. Ongoing maintenance — bug fixes, courier API changes, Shopify Admin API version upgrades, and small enhancements — is handled under a separate support and maintenance agreement that we set up at handover. Shopify deprecates API versions on a rolling basis, so this upkeep keeps your integration from breaking.

Can I use my own negotiated carrier rates instead of yours?

Yes. If you already have contracts with one or more couriers, we connect those carrier accounts directly so you ship on your own negotiated rates. The discounted pre-negotiated rates are there as a fallback for merchants who have no carrier accounts of their own — you can mix both.

Does it work with multi-location inventory and write tracking back to Shopify?

Yes. The app reads multi-location inventory through the Admin GraphQL API and routes each order to the correct origin warehouse and its serviceable couriers. When a label is generated, the tracking number and carrier are written back to the Shopify fulfillment, so customers get Shopify's native shipping confirmation alongside your branded tracking page.
