Property & Real Estate Listing Booking is a build-to-order Shopify app that ECOSIRE designs, builds, and installs on your store so each property behaves like a rich, bookable listing instead of a generic product.

Every property is modeled with Shopify metafields — bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, price, location, amenities, and a media gallery — and rendered through a custom theme app extension so listings look like a real estate site, not a t-shirt page. Buyers either request a viewing appointment (date/time slot) or book a nightly stay against a per-property availability calendar, with date conflicts validated server-side before checkout.

Reservation fees and deposits are collected through Shopify's native checkout, so payouts, taxes, and order records stay inside your existing Shopify Admin. Enquiry and lead-capture forms post directly to your store and fire Admin GraphQL API writes plus order/customer webhooks, so every lead and booking lands where your team already works. Visitors filter by location, price, and amenities, and each listing carries an embedded map.

Because this is built to order, it is not an instant App Store download. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your property fields, booking rules, and theme integration, then builds and installs the app on your store via a private OAuth app connection.
