PagSeguro and PagBrasil are two of Brazil's most established acquirers, and Brazilian shoppers recognize and trust them at checkout. This is a build-to-order Shopify integration — ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports it for your store. It is not an instant App Store download; we configure it to your acquirer account, themes and order flow, then hand it over working.
The integration accepts the payment methods Brazilian customers actually use: credit and debit cards, Pix (with QR code and copy-paste codes), Boleto Bancário, and card installments (parcelamento) with the rules you set. Settlement is in BRL against your own PagSeguro/PagBrasil contract — your money, your acquiring rates.
Under the hood we wire your Shopify store to the acquirer using OAuth for authenticated API access, register webhooks for asynchronous payment confirmations (Pix and Boleto clear minutes-to-hours after order placement), and reconcile each transaction back to the Shopify order via the Admin GraphQL API. Payment status, acquirer transaction IDs and installment terms are written to order metafields so your reconciliation, fulfillment and reporting stay accurate.
We handle the realities of Brazilian checkout: CPF/CNPJ capture where the acquirer requires it, anti-fraud screening signals passed through to the gateway, refunds and cancellations triggered from Shopify, and clean reconciliation of multi-installment captures. Pending Boletos hold inventory correctly and auto-cancel on expiry.
You get a working integration matched to your catalog and theme, plus documentation and support after launch. If PagSeguro or PagBrasil change an API or webhook contract, we maintain the integration under your support plan.
Sells to Brazilian customers and wants a trusted local acquirer beyond Mercado Pago, with Pix and Boleto that shoppers already recognize.
Needs each Shopify order matched to acquirer settlement, installment captures reconciled, and refunds traceable end to end in BRL.
Operating outside Brazil but launching a Brazilian storefront, needing local payment methods, CPF/CNPJ handling and installments configured correctly the first time.

This is a build-to-order integration with a typical lead time of about 2 to 3 weeks from the day you provide PagSeguro/PagBrasil account access and checkout requirements. We confirm a firm date during kickoff. Complex installment or anti-fraud rules can extend it slightly; we tell you upfront rather than after starting.
No. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures the integration specifically for your store, acquirer contract and theme. There is no instant self-serve download — that is intentional, because Pix, Boleto and installment rules need to be wired to your actual catalog and acquirer account to work correctly.
Yes. Settlement happens in BRL against your own acquiring contract, so your acquiring rates and funds stay yours. We connect the integration to your account via OAuth and configure the credentials; we do not resell or sit in the middle of your payments.
After launch you get a support plan covering bug fixes, configuration help and maintenance. If PagSeguro or PagBrasil change an API version or webhook contract, we update the integration so it keeps working. Support requests are handled directly by ECOSIRE, not a third party.
Both clear asynchronously. We register webhooks so when the customer completes a Pix transfer or pays a Boleto — which can be hours later — the gateway notifies your store, the Shopify order is marked paid via the Admin GraphQL API, and fulfillment can proceed. Pending Boletos hold inventory and auto-cancel on expiry.
Either. Some merchants use a single acquirer; others want PagBrasil for one method set and PagSeguro for another. We scope which acquirer handles which method during kickoff and build to that. Adding the second acquirer later is supported under your plan.
