This is a build-to-order Shopify app, not an instant App Store download. After you purchase, ECOSIRE builds the integration to fit your exact marketplaces, regions, and message templates, then installs it on your store as a custom (unlisted) Shopify app and supports it from there. Typical delivery is a few weeks, scoped to your channels.
If you sell on Trendyol, Coupang, Mercado Libre, or eMAG as well as Shopify, your orders, inventory, and customer comms live in separate dashboards. This app makes Shopify the single operational hub. We connect each marketplace through its official seller/order API and mirror incoming orders into Shopify as draft or real orders via the Admin GraphQL API, tagging the source channel and storing marketplace order IDs, buyer details, and shipping data in order metafields. Your team fulfils, prints labels, and tracks everything from the Shopify admin they already know.
On top of that, the app sends automatic WhatsApp order-status updates (confirmed, packed, shipped, out-for-delivery, delivered) through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, with SMS fallback when a number isn't WhatsApp-reachable. Messages fire from Shopify webhooks (orders/create, fulfillments/create, fulfillments/update) using approved templates in the customer's language.
We also handle multi-location inventory sync so a sale on any channel decrements stock everywhere via the inventoryLevels API, and customer record consolidation so the same buyer across marketplaces maps to one Shopify customer profile.
Because it's custom-built, the marketplace set, message flows, and field mappings are tailored to you — and ECOSIRE owns the build, install, and ongoing support. We're honest about scope: features depend on what each marketplace's API actually exposes in your region.

Is this an instant Shopify App Store download?
No. This is a build-to-order custom app. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds it to your specific marketplaces, regions, and message flows, then installs it on your store as an unlisted custom app via OAuth. It is not a one-click App Store listing.
How long does delivery take?
Typically a few weeks from kickoff, depending on how many marketplaces you connect and the complexity of your field mappings and WhatsApp template approvals. We confirm a firm timeline during scoping before any build starts. WhatsApp template review and marketplace API access on your side are the usual gating items, and we guide you through both.
What about ongoing support and updates after launch?
ECOSIRE supports the app after install — including marketplace or Shopify API changes, WhatsApp template updates, and bug fixes. We agree the support arrangement during scoping. Because we built it, we maintain it; you are not left to debug a custom integration alone.
Which marketplaces and channels can you connect?
Trendyol, Coupang, Mercado Libre, and eMAG out of the seed scope. What's possible depends on what each marketplace's official seller API exposes in your region — some endpoints or fields vary by country. We validate exactly what's available for your accounts during scoping and tell you honestly if a specific data point can't be synced.
Do I need WhatsApp Business and existing marketplace seller accounts?
Yes. You need active seller accounts on the marketplaces you want to sync and a WhatsApp Business account with Cloud API access for messaging. We help you set up and verify the WhatsApp Business Cloud API connection and get your message templates approved as part of the build.
