Yes. Settlement happens into your own merchant account with a supported Philippine processor (such as PayMongo or Maya Business). The money lands directly with you — ECOSIRE never sits in the funds flow. We help you choose the right processor and integrate what it exposes; we do not resell payments or hold your settlement.

No. This is build-to-order: we custom-build the integration for your specific store, processor, and theme, then install and configure it for you. There is no instant App Store download or self-serve listing. The result behaves like a native checkout option once it's live.

Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support for fixes and configuration changes. After that, optional maintenance keeps the integration aligned with Shopify API version deprecations, processor API changes, and webhook updates. Because Shopify and PH processors both version their APIs, we recommend a maintenance arrangement so the checkout keeps working through those upgrades.

Yes. Refunds are processed through Shopify's native refund flow and pushed back to the originating wallet where the processor supports it. We store each processor transaction reference in order metafields so refunds and reconciliation map cleanly to Shopify orders, and webhooks keep order payment status accurate.
