No. This is a build-to-order integration. After you purchase, ECOSIRE engineers build, configure, and install the connector for your specific catalog, wholesale tiers, and fulfillment setup, then test it before go-live. You get a connector shaped to how your brand actually sells — not a one-size-fits-all listing.

After purchase we book a short discovery call to confirm scope, then build. A standard single-store connector typically goes live within roughly 1–3 weeks depending on catalog size, how many price tiers and currencies you use, and how much custom mapping your wholesale model needs. We give you a firm timeline in writing after discovery — no surprises.

Every build includes a defined post-launch support window with a named contact. If Faire changes an API endpoint or you tweak your pricing tiers, we fix and adjust the connector. Because the handover is source-available, you're never locked in — and we offer continued maintenance beyond the initial window if you want it.

We listen to Shopify inventory-level webhooks and push stock changes to Faire in near-real time, using the Shopify location(s) you choose as the source of available-to-sell quantity. A scheduled reconciliation pass also re-checks both systems to catch any drift, so a SKU that sells out on Shopify won't keep selling on Faire.

Yes. During discovery we map your retail prices to Faire wholesale prices, including case packs, order minimums, and per-tier discounts, using rules we configure with you. Multi-currency wholesale price lists are supported for selling to retailers in different regions.

Faire purchases are imported into Shopify as native orders, so fulfillment, picking, packing slips, inventory deduction, and reporting all run through your existing Shopify workflow. There's no separate dashboard to babysit for day-to-day order handling.
