This is not an instant App Store download. ECOSIRE builds the integration against your specific PayTabs profile, currencies, and Shopify theme, then installs and configures it on your store. You get a working, tested payment path — not a self-serve toggle.
What we build: a PayTabs payment path wired into your Shopify checkout that accepts cards plus local MENA wallets — including mada, Apple Pay, and STC Pay where your PayTabs account supports them. We handle multi-currency MENA processing (AED, SAR, EGP and more), tokenized recurring support for repeat and subscription-style charges, and a clean refund and dispute handling workflow surfaced back into your Shopify admin.
Under the hood we use the Admin GraphQL API, OAuth app authentication, webhooks for payment-status reconciliation, and order/transaction metafields to keep PayTabs references attached to each Shopify order. Settlement events from PayTabs are verified server-side and reconciled against order financial status so your admin stays the single source of truth.
Because every PayTabs profile, license region, and theme differs, we scope each build to your account. ECOSIRE configures the credentials, tests live and sandbox transactions, validates 3-D Secure flows, and hands over documentation. No. This is a build-to-order integration. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds the PayTabs connection against your specific account and theme, installs it on your store, and tests it before handover. You are buying a configured, working payment path — not a self-serve app.
+How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery is 5 to 10 business days from the point we receive your PayTabs profile credentials and Shopify collaborator access. Timing depends on how many MENA wallets (mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay) and currencies your PayTabs account has approved, and on any 3-D Secure verification your acquirer requires. We confirm a firm date during scoping.
+What ongoing support and updates are included?
The one-time price includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes, configuration adjustments, and reconciliation issues. We also update the integration when Shopify's Admin GraphQL API or PayTabs callback format changes during that window. Extended or ongoing support beyond the included window is available as a separate retainer.
+Do I need my own PayTabs account?
Yes. You must hold an active PayTabs merchant account with the currencies and payment methods (mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay) enabled by PayTabs. ECOSIRE integrates and configures against that account but does not provision the acquiring relationship itself.
+Will refunds and disputes show up in my Shopify admin?
Yes. Refunds are initiated from Shopify admin and pushed to PayTabs, and the resulting status is reconciled back via webhook so order financial status stays accurate. PayTabs transaction IDs are stored as order metafields, and dispute/chargeback references are tracked against the originating order for auditability.
+Does it support recurring or subscription charges?
Yes, where your PayTabs account supports tokenization. We implement tokenized recurring so repeat charges run against a stored PayTabs token rather than re-collecting card data. The actual card vaulting is handled by PayTabs to keep your store out of PCI scope.
