It connects through OAuth using read-only financial scopes such as read_orders, read_shopify_payments_payouts and read_fulfillments, plus order, refund and payout webhooks. It does not need or request write access to your store. Every ingested transaction is stored in an immutable event log so the reports are backed by defensible, traceable audit evidence rather than a one-off snapshot.

The app three-way reconciles Shopify-recorded sales and refunds against Shopify Payments payout deposits against the gross/fee/net breakdown, so you can see exactly what reached your bank and why it differs from your sales total. It also breaks tax liability out per jurisdiction from each order's tax lines so the figures you file match the figures Shopify collected.

Reports export to CSV, Excel and PDF and the report builder is configured around your chart of accounts and the columns your bookkeeper files, so the output drops into QuickBooks, Xero, your spreadsheet workflow or an audit file.
