Warehouse Management System (WMS) Pro for Odoo

Warehouse Management System (WMS) Pro is the layer ECOSIRE builds to close that gap. We extend stock.location with zone, aisle, rack and bin dimensioning plus location capacity and ABC velocity classing, and add a wms.putaway.strategy model that resolves the best bin at receipt from configurable rules (fixed bin, closest empty, consolidation, max-capacity, temperature/hazard constraints) using @api.depends computes and record-level constraints. On the picking side we introduce a wms.wave / wms.batch orchestration model that groups stock.picking records by zone, carrier cutoff or SKU affinity, then optimizes pick path against your bin sequence so operators walk one route instead of many. Cluster picking lets one operator fill multiple orders in a single pass with put-to-cart validation.

Floor operations run through an OWL-based mobile barcode UI (progressive-web, works on rugged Android scanners and phones) that drives directed putaway, guided picking, packing with weight/parcel capture and blind or informed receiving — every scan validated server-side through the ORM so you cannot pick from the wrong bin or over-ship. Cycle counting is a first-class flow: system-generated count tasks by ABC frequency, blind recounts on variance thresholds, and an approval step that posts adjustments via stock.quant with full audit trail and QWeb variance reports. Replenishment automation watches pick-face min/max and fires internal transfers (or automated actions / scheduled ir.cron jobs) to top up from reserve, and cross-docking flags inbound quantities against open backorders so goods flow to shipping without touching a storage bin.

Everything is delivered as a proper Odoo module — a clean __manifest__.py declaring dependencies on stock (and stock_barcode where you run Enterprise), models in Python, views in XML/OWL, access control via ir.model.access.csv and multi-warehouse record rules, QWeb reports, and JSON-RPC/XML-RPC endpoints so your host WMS, TMS or e-commerce can post work and read status. It targets Odoo 17.0, 18.0 and 19.0, and we adapt to whether you are on Community or Enterprise (we can supply our own barcode UI where you don't license the Enterprise Barcode app).
