This is build-to-order, not an instant download. Typical delivery is 2-4 weeks from confirmed scope — the clock starts once we have agreed your exam structure, grading policy and marksheet formats on the scoping call and signed off the fixed quote. Larger multi-campus or multi-board rollouts extend that timeline, which we state explicitly in the quote.
Is this an existing app I can download today?
No. ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports this specifically for your institution against your board's grading rules and marksheet layouts. It is not a pre-existing apps.odoo.com listing, which is why it fits your policies out of the box rather than forcing you to bend your process to a generic module.
How does pricing and scoping work?
Pricing starts from $399 as an indicative single-company base scope. After a short scoping call we confirm your exact requirements — number of board formats, campuses, integrations and migration volume — and issue a fixed quote before any build work begins. You approve the fixed price up front; there are no surprise charges mid-build.
What about support and updates after go-live?
Every build includes a post-go-live support window for defect fixes and configuration adjustments. Because you receive the full source and git repository, you are never locked in — we can provide ongoing support and version upgrades (for example moving from Odoo 17 to 18 or 19) under a separate agreement, or hand it to your own team.
Which Odoo versions and editions are supported?
We build for Odoo 17.0, 18.0 or 19.0, on Community or Enterprise. We confirm your target version and edition during scoping and flag any edition-specific differences (such as Enterprise studio or advanced reporting features) so nothing is assumed.
Can it match our specific board's marksheet and grading rules?
Yes — that is the point of build-to-order.
