MyFatoorah Gateway for Magento 2 is a build-to-order payment integration that connects your Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce checkout to the MyFatoorah aggregator, unlocking the GCC rails your shoppers actually use: KNET (Kuwait), mada (Saudi Arabia), Benefit (Bahrain), SADAD, international cards and Apple Pay — through a single settlement relationship.
This is not an instant Marketplace download. ECOSIRE engineers the extension as a proper Magento module under app/code/Ecosire/MyFatoorah, then installs, configures and supports it on your specific Magento install. The payment method is implemented against Magento's payment service contracts (Magento\Payment\Model\MethodInterface / Gateway Command pool), wired through di.xml, and exposed in checkout via a UI Component (Knockout/UiComponent renderer) so it behaves like a first-class payment option — no fragile core overrides.
Under the hood we use MyFatoorah's SendPayment / ExecutePayment APIs to create hosted invoice and payment-link sessions, redirect the customer to MyFatoorah's secure page, and reconcile the result through a server-to-server callback controller plus a status-poll cron job so paid orders are never lost to a dropped browser redirect. Webhook/callback signatures are validated before any order transitions state. Captures, full and partial refunds post back through Magento\Sales\Api-backed gateway commands, and every action is written to the order's payment transaction record for clean reconciliation.
Admin configuration lives under Stores → Configuration → Sales → Payment Methods, gated by proper admin ACL so only authorized roles can change keys or toggle the gateway. Multi-store and multi-currency GCC settlement are respected via Magento's website/store scope. Delivered with install docs, a sandbox validation pass, and ongoing support.
Needs KNET and mada at checkout because Gulf shoppers abandon carts that only accept international cards. Wants one settlement relationship instead of stitching several gateways together.
Wants the integration done the right way — payment service contracts, di.xml, ACL, signed callbacks — instead of a brittle community module they'll have to debug on every Magento upgrade.
Cares about accurate reconciliation: full and partial refunds, transaction records on every order, and a cron safety net so no paid order silently goes missing.

No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE builds the Ecosire_MyFatoorah module, then installs, configures and supports it directly on your Magento install. You are not downloading an unsupported generic package — you get an integration validated against your store, themes and store-scope setup.
For a standard Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce install, typical delivery is roughly 5–10 business days from when we receive your MyFatoorah sandbox credentials and store access. Heavily customized checkouts, headless/PWA storefronts, or multi-website B2B setups add time; we confirm a firm timeline after a short scoping call.
Delivery includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration help. Because the module is built on Magento payment service contracts and di.xml rather than core overrides, it survives routine Magento patches well. We offer ongoing maintenance to cover MyFatoorah API changes and Magento/Adobe Commerce version upgrades under a support agreement.
Yes. The module targets standard Magento 2 framework APIs, so it runs on Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce alike, including multi-website and B2B configurations. We confirm your exact Magento version and edition during scoping and test against it.
Full and partial refunds are issued from the Magento admin via gateway commands that call MyFatoorah and write back to the order's payment transactions. A server-to-server callback plus a status-poll cron reconciles payments even when the customer closes the browser mid-redirect, so a successful MyFatoorah payment still lands as a paid Magento order.
