The NetSuite ERP Connector links your Magento 2 (Open Source or Adobe Commerce) storefront to NetSuite so that order-to-cash, inventory, items, customers, pricing and fulfillment stay in sync without manual re-keying. This is not an instant Marketplace download — ECOSIRE builds the connector to your NetSuite account configuration (custom records, subsidiaries, item types, saved searches) and your Magento data model, then installs and supports it.
Delivered as a versioned Magento module under app/code/Ecosire/NetSuiteConnector, the extension is wired through di.xml with service contracts, plugins/interceptors and observers rather than core overrides. A sales_order_place_after observer (or queued consumer on Adobe Commerce) pushes the order-to-cash document into NetSuite via its SuiteTalk REST or SOAP web services using token-based authentication (TBA). Inventory and item sync run both ways: a NetSuite saved-search feed updates Magento source-item quantities through the MSI SourceItemsSaveInterface, while catalog items and pricing map to your NetSuite item records.
Sync runs in two modes you choose per entity: real-time on event, and scheduled batch via Magento cron with the Adobe Commerce message queue (RabbitMQ) for resilient, retryable processing. Fulfillment and shipment status flow back from NetSuite item fulfillments to Magento shipments and tracking, closing the loop to the customer.
Everything is governed by admin ACL, a dedicated admin configuration section, structured logging and a sync-status dashboard. Field mappings, subsidiary/entity routing and conflict rules are configured for your account during the build. ECOSIRE handles installation on your staging and production environments, UAT, go-live and ongoing support.

No. The NetSuite ERP Connector is build-to-order. ECOSIRE engineers it against your specific NetSuite account (subsidiaries, item types, custom records, saved searches) and your Magento data model, then installs and supports it. You receive a versioned module, not a generic Marketplace ZIP.
What is the delivery lead time?
A typical build runs about 3 to 5 weeks depending on scope: entity count, number of field mappings, multi-subsidiary/OneWorld complexity, and whether you are on Open Source or Adobe Commerce. Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce 2.4.x on supported PHP versions, and current NetSuite SuiteTalk REST and SOAP web services with token-based authentication. We confirm exact version targets during discovery and build to your environment, including OneWorld multi-subsidiary accounts.
Will it modify Magento core or break my upgrades?
No core class rewrites. The connector lives under app/code as its own module and integrates via di.xml plugins/interceptors, observers, service contracts and message-queue consumers. This keeps your codebase upgrade-safe and the integration logic isolated and testable.
