Sell on eMAG from your Magento 2 backend
eMAG is the dominant marketplace in Romania and a major channel in Bulgaria and Hungary, but its Marketplace API is strict about offers, product documentation, characteristic families and AWB-based fulfilment. This extension makes Magento 2 (Open Source) or Adobe Commerce the single source of truth so your team stops re-keying offers and tracking numbers across portals.
ECOSIRE builds this module to order, scoped to your catalog, attribute set and the eMAG accounts you actually sell on. We don't ship a generic ZIP and disappear — we install it on your environment, map your data, and support it.
What it does
The extension is a proper Magento module under app/code/Ecosire/EmagIntegration, registered through module.xml and wired with di.xml. A typed client wraps the eMAG Marketplace API (product_offer, order, awb, category, vat, handling_time) behind service contracts, so business logic never touches raw HTTP. Catalog and stock changes are detected via plugins and observers, queued, and pushed on a crontab.xml schedule — full reconciliation plus fast delta runs.
Product publishing maps Magento attributes to eMAG categories and their mandatory characteristic families, including allowed-value validation before submission. Inventory and price sync keeps offer stock, sale price and handling time aligned per warehouse and per country. Orders flow back as Magento orders; the AWB/shipment step generates labels through the eMAG courier integration and writes tracking back so the customer sees it.
Everything runs under admin ACL, with per-country store-view scoping for RO/BG/HU, encrypted credentials in core_config_data, structured logging and a status grid in the admin. Delivered with install docs and a support window.

How long does delivery take and what is the process?
This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant download. After purchase we run a short scoping call to confirm your eMAG accounts, catalog size and attribute sets. A typical build, mapping and installation runs about one working week depending on catalog complexity and how many of RO/BG/HU you sell on. We install on your staging first, validate publishing and order flow against the eMAG API, then deploy to production.
Do I get ongoing support and updates after delivery?
Yes. Every build includes a post-delivery support window covering bug fixes, configuration adjustments and updates required when eMAG changes its Marketplace API or characteristic requirements. After that window you can extend support on a retainer or per-request basis. Source code is delivered unencrypted, so you are never locked in.
Does this work on both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce?
Yes. The module uses standard Magento framework extension points (service contracts, di.xml, plugins, observers, cron) so it runs on Magento 2 Open Source and Adobe Commerce. We confirm your exact version and edition during scoping and test against it before delivery.
How are eMAG API credentials and multi-country accounts handled?
Each eMAG country account is configured per store view, so RO, BG and HU can use separate credentials, VAT rates, pricing and warehouses. API credentials are stored encrypted in core_config_data and access is restricted by Magento admin ACL.
Will it overwrite my existing product data or break upgrades?
No. The module reads your Magento catalog and writes to eMAG; it does not modify core tables or core files. It ships as a self-contained module in app/code (or via composer) following Magento coding standards, so setup:upgrade and future Magento patches apply normally.
