Coupang is South Korea's largest online marketplace, and selling there means working with the Coupang Wing seller portal and the Coupang OpenAPI — a vendor-key/secret signed REST interface with its own category taxonomy, mandatory attribute rules, and a structured order/shipment lifecycle. Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce have no native Coupang connector, so without integration every listing, stock update, and order is re-keyed by hand across two systems.
This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE designs, develops, installs, and supports a dedicated module (Ecosire_CoupangIntegration under app/code) on your own Magento 2 install — Open Source or Adobe Commerce. It is not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download; we build it against your catalog, attribute set, and Coupang vendor account, then hand over a tested, documented system.
The module is engineered the Magento way: an admin configuration section (System > Configuration) with encrypted credential storage and ACL resources, service contracts wrapping the Coupang OpenAPI with HMAC request signing, cron groups for scheduled inventory and order polling, observers on catalog_product_save_after for near-real-time stock pushes, and plugins/interceptors where core behaviour must be extended cleanly. Bulk operations run through Magento's message queue so large catalogs don't time out.
You get bulk product upload with reusable category and attribute mapping profiles, scheduled inventory sync that respects MSI source quantities, order import that creates native Magento orders, and shipment automation that pushes tracking and invoice numbers back to Coupang. Where you already run ShipStation, Linnworks, or similar tools, we wire shipment and fulfilment data through them rather than around them. Everything is logged, retry-safe, and visible in an admin grid so you can audit every sync.

Typical delivery is around one working week from the point we have your Coupang vendor key/secret, your catalog and attribute sets, and access to a staging environment. Timeline depends on catalog size and how much custom category/attribute mapping is needed. We confirm a firm schedule after a short scoping call. This is a custom build installed on your own Magento, not an instant Marketplace download.
What ongoing support and updates do I get after launch?
The price includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and adjustments. On Adobe Commerce we can also leverage features like B2B and advanced staging where relevant to your setup.
Will it handle Coupang's category and attribute requirements?
Yes. Coupang enforces its own category taxonomy and mandatory item attributes through the OpenAPI. We build reusable mapping profiles that translate your Magento attribute sets to Coupang's required fields, so bulk uploads pass validation. Mapping is configured for your real catalog during the build, not left as a generic guess.
Can it connect with our existing ShipStation or Linnworks setup?
Yes. If you already fulfil through ShipStation, Linnworks, or a similar tool, we wire shipment and tracking data so it flows through your existing stack and the confirmed tracking is pushed back to Coupang to mark orders as dispatched. We scope the exact integration points during discovery.
