The extension ships as a proper Magento module under app/code/Ecosire/EbayIntegration, wired through di.xml with service contracts (PHP interfaces in Api/) so your listing and sync logic stays decoupled from controllers. Catalog changes are captured with observers on events like catalog_product_save_after and cataloginventory_stock_item_save_after, queued, and pushed to eBay via a cron-driven consumer so a bulk re-price never blocks the admin.
