The Customer Segmentation & RFM Engine turns your raw order and customer history into living, queryable audiences. It is delivered as a dedicated module under app/code/Ecosire/CustomerSegmentation, wired through di.xml, registered admin ACL resources, and a cron group that recomputes membership on a schedule you control — no manual list-building.

This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. After purchase, ECOSIRE engineers build the module against your Magento version (Open Source or Adobe Commerce), install it on your staging environment, validate against your real catalogue and order data, then deploy to production. We hand over clean, namespaced code you own — there is no obfuscation or license-server phone-home.
At the core is an RFM scoring engine: an observer/cron pipeline reads sales_order and customer_entity data, computes Recency, Frequency and Monetary quintile scores per customer, and persists them to a custom segment-membership table exposed through a service contract (SegmentRepositoryInterface). On top sits a rule builder in the admin (orders count, AOV, products/categories purchased, geography, order dates, lifecycle stage) that resolves to membership without you writing SQL.
Segments are not a dead end. They plug into native catalog/cart price rules for targeted promotions, drive follow-up email campaigns, and export to CSV/XML or your ESP for Klaviyo/Mailchimp-style sync. Membership and scores are readable over REST and GraphQL, so headless storefronts and external BI tools can consume the same source of truth. Everything respects Magento's multi-store, multi-website scoping and is covered by admin ACL so marketers and developers see only what their role permits. ECOSIRE supports the build with a warranty window and documented upgrade guidance.

No. Scoring runs in a dedicated cron group as a background job, reading order and customer data and writing to a custom membership table — it does not run on page load or checkout. You set the schedule (for example nightly), and large catalogues are processed in batches to keep memory and database load controlled.
Yes. Membership and scores are exposed through Magento service contracts plus REST and GraphQL endpoints, so a PWA/headless storefront, a CDP, or a BI tool like Power BI can read the same source of truth. Exports to CSV/XML and direct ESP push are also available for email platforms.
