This is a build-to-order Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce extension that connects your store to Coupang, South Korea's largest online marketplace. It is not an instant Marketplace download — ECOSIRE engineers it against your catalog structure and your Coupang Wing seller account, then installs and supports it on your environment.

The module ships under app/code/Ecosire/CoupangIntegration as a proper Magento 2 component. It registers an admin ACL tree, configuration under Stores → Configuration, and a dedicated admin grid for listing status and error logs. Coupang's seller (Wing) REST API is wrapped in a typed API client behind a service contract (Api/CoupangClientInterface), with HMAC request signing, retry/backoff, and structured logging. Catalog publishing, order import, and inventory sync each run as cron jobs declared in crontab.xml, so syncs continue without manual clicks.

Product publishing uses a category and attribute profile mapping layer: you map Magento attribute sets and category trees to Coupang's display categories and required notice/attribute fields, so bulk listing passes Coupang validation instead of bouncing. Orders placed on Coupang are imported as native Magento sales orders via an observer-driven pipeline, with idempotency keys to prevent duplicates. Inventory and price changes flow back to Coupang through plugins (interceptors) on stock and price save events, plus a reconciling cron sweep.

Everything respects Magento multi-store, MSI source/stock assignment, and works on both Adobe Commerce and Open Source. You get the source, an install on your server (or guided deployment), a tested mapping profile, and a support window. Because it is custom-built, behavior is tuned to your SKUs, currency (KRW), and fulfillment model rather than a generic one-size template.

How long until the Coupang integration is delivered and live?

Because this is built to order, typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks from when we receive your Coupang Wing API credentials, catalog/attribute details, and environment access. A straightforward catalog with standard attribute sets lands at the shorter end; complex category mapping, many attribute sets, or multi-store setups take longer. We confirm a firm timeline in writing after a short scoping call before any work starts.

What ongoing support and updates do I get after launch?

Every build includes a post-go-live support window for bug fixes and configuration help. After that, an optional maintenance retainer covers Coupang API changes, Magento 2.4.x security/version upgrades, mapping adjustments as your catalog grows, and monitoring of failed syncs. Coupang periodically changes required category/notice fields; the retainer keeps your listings passing validation. You always receive the full source, so you are never locked in.

Does this work on both Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source?

Yes. The module is built as a standard Magento 2 component and runs on Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source 2.4.x (PHP 8.1-8.3). It uses service contracts, di.xml plugins, observers and cron rather than core overrides, so it stays upgrade-safe. It is MSI source/stock aware and respects multi-store and per-store-view configuration scope.

Will Coupang orders become real Magento orders, and is stock kept accurate?

Yes. Orders placed on Coupang are imported as native Magento sales orders through an observer-driven pipeline with idempotency keys, so a retried import never creates duplicates. Inventory changes sync back to Coupang via interceptors on stock save plus a reconciling cron sweep, which reduces the risk of overselling. We tune the sync cadence and reservation handling to your fulfillment model.

Do I need my own Coupang seller account and API access?

Yes. You need an approved Coupang seller account with Wing (Seller) API access — Coupang requires sellers to operate in Korea and complete their onboarding/verification. We do not resell or provide that account. Once you have your Wing API keys, we configure, secure (encrypted credential storage), and connect them during the build, and verify the connection before go-live.
