The Zid Connector for Business Central bridges the Zid (KSA) eCommerce platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central so your Saudi/GCC store and your ERP stop drifting apart. It is delivered as a per-tenant AL extension that ECOSIRE builds, installs, and supports directly on your Business Central environment — not an instant Microsoft AppSource download.
On the BC side the connector adds dedicated setup pages, a Zid Order staging area, and event subscribers on sales document posting so the integration reacts to your real workflow. New Zid orders are pulled in over the Zid REST API and converted into Business Central Sales Orders (or invoices) with customer matching, item mapping, VAT, and shipping lines. A configurable Job Queue entry polls Zid on the schedule you choose, so imports run hands-off.
Catalog and stock flow the other way: items and prices publish from BC to Zid with Arabic field support for product names and descriptions, and inventory levels sync from your chosen BC location so you do not oversell. When a sales document is posted and a Saudi e-invoice (ZATCA) is required, the connector prepares a clean handoff to your ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing flow. Once you ship, tracking numbers and fulfillment status write back to the Zid order so the customer sees movement.
Everything ships with permission sets, telemetry-friendly logging, and a retry/error log page so failed syncs are visible and replayable. Because it is your own per-tenant extension, the field mappings, document types, and sync rules are tailored to how your business actually runs — and ECOSIRE owns the build, the install, and ongoing support.

Is this a Microsoft AppSource app I can install instantly?
No. This is a build-to-order solution. ECOSIRE builds the connector as a per-tenant AL extension tailored to your Zid store and your Business Central data, then installs it on your environment. There is no instant AppSource download — the value is in the configured, tested, supported integration.
How long does delivery take after I order?
Typical delivery is about one working week from kickoff, depending on the complexity of your field mappings, document types, and ZATCA setup. Kickoff begins once we have access to your Zid store API credentials and your Business Central environment. We confirm a firm timeline in the scoping call before any build starts.
What happens with ongoing support and updates?

Yes, optionally. Synced entities can be exposed through Dataverse / the Power Platform so you can build dashboards in Power BI or trigger Power Automate flows on Zid orders and fulfillment events. This is configured as part of the build if you need it.
