If you sell on Jumia across Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Morocco, Ivory Coast or other Jumia markets and run your back office on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you are almost certainly rekeying orders and reconciling stock by hand. The Jumia Vendor Connector for Business Central removes that gap.
This is a build-to-order product, not an instant Microsoft AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds the connector as an AL language per-tenant extension, installs it directly on your Business Central environment (cloud/SaaS or on-prem), and supports it afterward. Because it is per-tenant, we tailor the category mapping, item attributes, location and dimension logic to how your business actually runs — something a one-size-fits-all marketplace app cannot do.
Under the hood, the extension uses table and page extensions plus codeunits that poll and push against the Jumia Vendor Center API. Event subscribers on sales and inventory events keep BC and Jumia consistent, while a Job Queue entry runs scheduled order pulls, price/stock pushes and fulfillment reconciliation. We ship a dedicated permission set, telemetry to the BC environment, and a setup page so your team controls sync cadence, market, currency and warehouse routing.
Orders flow in as native BC Sales Orders (or Sales Invoices) with customer, lines, taxes and shipping captured. Listings publish from BC items with your category and attribute mapping. Inventory and price stay current. Jumia Express / fulfillment events reconcile against shipments, and returns/refunds post back as credit memos. You keep one source of truth in Business Central; ECOSIRE keeps the pipe healthy.

The $499 build includes a defined post-go-live support window for bug fixes and configuration adjustments. After that, we offer an optional support and maintenance plan covering Jumia API changes, Business Central semi-annual release compatibility (so the extension keeps passing AppSource-grade validation on upgrades), and new mapping or market additions. You are never locked in — you own the deployed extension and its source.
Yes. A single Business Central company can connect to more than one Jumia marketplace (for example Nigeria and Kenya) with per-market mapping, currency and pricing. Inventory sync is location-aware, so BC available quantity per warehouse pushes to Jumia and helps prevent overselling. We configure the exact location-to-market routing during the build.
