This is a build-to-order engagement, not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports an embedded B2B/B2C storefront that runs natively on your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central data — no nightly sync, no shadow database, no stale stock.
The storefront talks to Business Central through the standard REST/OData v4 API and custom AL API pages, so the catalog, item availability, customer-specific prices and order documents you see online are the same records your team works in BC. We deliver the BC-side logic as a per-tenant AL extension: table extensions and page extensions for the web-facing fields, API query/page objects, and event subscribers on document posting and item availability so the store reacts to what really happens in your ledger.
B2B buyers sign in to a self-service portal scoped to their Customer card: they see their own price lists (BC Price Lists / Sales Prices), respect their credit limit and blocked status, place and reorder orders that land as Sales Orders or Quotes, and view document history. B2C visitors get a clean public catalog with gateway checkout (Stripe or your chosen processor) and BC-driven tax and shipping. Sales Tax / VAT posting groups and Shipment Methods come straight from your setup, so totals match BC.
Because it ships as your own per-tenant extension (not a marketplace app you self-administer), ECOSIRE installs it via the BC Admin Center, assigns the required permission sets, configures the Job Queue for any async work, and hands you a documented, supported deployment. Is this an instant download from Microsoft AppSource?
No. This is a build-to-order engagement. ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports the storefront and its BC-side AL extension specifically for your Business Central environment. It is delivered as a per-tenant extension installed through the BC Admin Center, not a self-serve AppSource app you download and configure alone.
How long does delivery take after I order?
Typical lead time is roughly one working week depending on catalog complexity, the number of B2B pricing rules, your chosen payment gateway, and how much custom branding you want. After purchase we run a short discovery call to confirm scope, then share a delivery schedule. The $999 covers the core build; large bespoke requirements (multi-warehouse availability, complex tax jurisdictions, multi-currency) are scoped as add-ons before we start.
How are ongoing support and Business Central updates handled?

Does the store really use live BC data or a synced copy?
Live data. The storefront reads catalog, availability and customer-specific pricing through the Business Central REST/OData API and custom AL API pages, and writes orders back as Sales Orders or Quotes. There is no nightly sync job or separate product database to drift out of date — what a buyer sees online reflects your current BC records.
Can B2B customers see their own negotiated prices and credit limits?
Yes. Logged-in B2B users are scoped to their Customer card. Prices come from the BC Price Lists / Sales Prices that apply to that customer, and checkout respects the Credit Limit (LCY) and Blocked fields, so customers cannot exceed their limit or order while blocked. B2C visitors see standard catalog pricing with gateway checkout.
What payment gateway and tax handling does it use?
Checkout integrates with Stripe or another processor you nominate, with payment status reflected on the resulting BC order. Tax and shipping are driven by your Business Central setup — VAT/Sales Tax posting groups and Shipment Methods — so online totals match what BC would calculate, rather than being maintained separately in the storefront.
