The connector exchanges data with Fruugo's marketplace API and surfaces everything inside native Business Central pages. Job Queue entries run scheduled syncs so Fruugo orders import automatically as Sales Orders, mapped to the right customer template, item, currency and country. Multi-currency, multi-country product publishing pushes your items, descriptions and prices to Fruugo, while inventory and price sync keep availability accurate across every market you sell in.
Architecturally, we ship table extensions and page extensions to hold Fruugo identifiers (listing IDs, order references, country/currency mapping) alongside your existing Items, Customers and Sales documents — no separate sidecar database. Event subscribers on posting and shipment events write tracking numbers and carrier data back to Fruugo automatically, and returns are captured as Return Orders / Credit Memos. A dedicated permission set scopes who can run syncs and view marketplace data. Where you run Power Platform, sync state is readable via the BC REST/OData v4 API so you can extend into Dataverse and Power BI.

+How long until the connector is live, and is this an AppSource download?
This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant AppSource install. Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks depending on catalog size, the number of Fruugo countries/currencies and any custom field mapping. ECOSIRE scopes your requirements, builds the AL extension, then installs and configures it as a per-tenant extension directly on your Business Central environment with Job Queue syncs running before handover.
+What ongoing support and updates are included?
Every build includes a post-go-live support window for bug fixes and configuration help. Because it is a per-tenant extension, ECOSIRE keeps the AL source version-controlled and validates compatibility against new Business Central monthly/major releases. If Fruugo changes its API or you add countries, currencies or catalog rules, we extend the connector under a support or change-request agreement rather than you maintaining custom code yourself.
+Does the connector store data outside Business Central?
No. Fruugo identifiers (listing IDs, order references, country/currency mapping) are stored on native BC records via table extensions — there is no separate sidecar database. Sync state is also readable through the BC REST/OData v4 API if you want to surface it in Dataverse or Power BI.

Yes. Multi-currency and multi-country selling is core to the design.
