Selling on Trendyol while running your back office in Business Central usually means a daily ritual of CSV exports, the Trendyol seller panel, and re-keying orders — which leaks oversell, stale prices and unreconciled commissions. This connector closes that gap as a per-tenant AL extension installed directly on your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem), not a generic AppSource download.
ECOSIRE builds the integration against the Trendyol Marketplace API (Integration / SuppliersAPI) and binds it to native BC objects: a dedicated Trendyol Setup page holds your supplier ID and API credentials, table and page extensions add marketplace fields to Item, Sales Order and Customer, and event subscribers map incoming orders onto your standard sales document flow so posting, picking and invoicing stay 100% native. A Job Queue entry polls Trendyol on the cadence you choose (orders in, stock and price out), with full request/response logging and a retry/error table you can actually audit.
Because it is built to order, we shape it to your item-to-barcode mapping, warehouse/location logic, VAT setup and chart of accounts — including posting Trendyol commission and settlement lines so finance reconciles to the kuruş. Is this a one-click AppSource install?
No. This is a build-to-order, per-tenant AL extension. ECOSIRE develops it against your Trendyol account and your Business Central configuration, then installs the signed .app on your sandbox for validation before promoting to production. There is no public AppSource listing to download — that is deliberate, so the connector matches your exact item mapping, VAT setup and chart of accounts.
How long does delivery take?
Typical lead time is about 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, depending on the breadth of mapping (listings, multi-warehouse stock logic, settlement posting rules). After requirements sign-off we build in a sandbox, validate live order/stock/settlement flows with you, then schedule the production cutover. We give you a firm date once scope is confirmed — we do not promise instant turnaround.
What support and updates are included after go-live?
ECOSIRE supports the extension after launch: we monitor the sync error queue, fix issues, and update the code as the Trendyol Marketplace API changes or when Microsoft ships a new Business Central major version that affects the extension. A support and maintenance plan covers ongoing API/version changes; the initial build price covers delivery, installation and a stabilization window.
Will it work on both BC cloud (SaaS) and on-premises?
Yes. It is delivered as a standard AL extension, so it installs on Business Central online (SaaS) and on supported on-premises deployments. Outbound calls to the Trendyol API are made over HTTPS; on-prem environments must allow that egress. We confirm your version and topology during scoping.
Do we keep the source code and stay in control?
Yes. We hand over the source-available AL project, a field-mapping document and an admin runbook. The extension uses a dedicated permission set and standard BC objects (Job Queue, event subscribers, table/page extensions), so it stays maintainable and you are never locked into a black box. You can have ECOSIRE or your own AL developer extend it later.
