This is not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE designs the connector to your exact channel mix and Business Central setup, then builds it as a per-tenant extension (table extensions, page extensions, codeunits and event subscribers), installs it on your BC environment, and supports it afterward. Channel sync runs on the Job Queue at the cadence you choose, calling each marketplace's API and writing results back through the BC REST/OData layer.
The hub ingests orders from all connected channels into a staging table, maps marketplace SKUs to your BC items, and creates Sales Orders with the correct customer, posting group, currency and shipping method. A central allocation engine reserves and broadcasts available stock per channel so you stop overselling. Listing and price changes push outward; settlement files reconcile marketplace fees, commissions and payouts against your G/L; and returns flow through a structured refund/credit-memo workflow.
Dedicated permission sets scope who can configure channels versus who processes orders. Where you run Dataverse or Power Platform, we can surface channel KPIs through that integration.
