The Coupang Marketplace Connector for Business Central is a build-to-order AL extension that bridges the Coupang Wing / OpenAPI seller platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. It is not an instant AppSource download — ECOSIRE scopes, builds, installs and supports it as a per-tenant extension on your own Business Central environment (cloud or on-prem), tailored to your item numbering, posting setup and warehouse flow.

Once live, the connector polls Coupang for new orders and writes them straight into Business Central as Sales Orders, mapping Coupang SKUs to your Item records and Coupang order metadata to header/line fields via table and page extensions. A Job Queue Entry drives scheduled order pull, listing push, and inventory sync so the integration runs unattended. Outbound, it updates Coupang price and available stock from your Item / Item Ledger / availability data, and is aware of Rocket (Coupang fulfillment) items so you don't double-decrement stock you no longer physically hold.

Settlement files and fee deductions from Coupang are reconciled against the originating orders, with marketplace commission, shipping and adjustment lines posted to the G/L accounts you nominate. Returns and exchanges flow back as credit memos / return orders so your inventory and revenue stay accurate.

Integration uses Coupang's authenticated OpenAPI (HMAC-signed requests) on the Coupang side and Business Central's AL HTTP client, event subscribers and codeunits on the BC side — no brittle CSV swivel-chairing.
