AI Resume Screening & Candidate Matching for Dynamics 365

ECOSIRE builds this as a per-tenant AL extension installed directly on your Business Central environment (cloud or on-prem). It adds page and table extensions to the Human Resources / candidate records, an AI parsing engine, and a scoring layer that surfaces ranked candidates inside the pages your team already uses.

How it works. When a resume (PDF/DOCX) is attached to a candidate, a job queue entry hands the document to an LLM that extracts structured fields — name, contact, skills, employment history, education, certifications — and writes them back to custom AL tables via table extensions. A semantic matching pass compares each candidate's profile against the target job description and produces a fit score, a skills-gap summary, and a plain-language rationale. An automated shortlist ranking ordering then sorts candidates so recruiters see the strongest applicants first.

Built honestly, integrated properly. The AI calls are routed through a configurable gateway (your Azure OpenAI / Anthropic key, or an ECOSIRE-managed endpoint) with credentials held in isolated storage. Data exchange uses the BC REST/OData v4 API and supports Dataverse / Power Platform integration so screening results can feed Power Automate flows or a Power BI hiring dashboard. Permission sets scope who can view scores and rationales. Bias-aware controls let you mask protected attributes from the scoring prompt and log every decision for audit.
