Restaurants need course timing, forced modifiers, split and merged bills, and prep-station routing — concepts a retail till never models. This is a hospitality-grade front end built natively on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central so your floor, your kitchen and your general ledger stay on one system, not three.

ECOSIRE builds this as a per-tenant AL extension installed directly onto your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem). It is not an instant AppSource download. After purchase we scope your menu structure, floor plan, prep stations and tax rules, then deliver, install and support the extension on your tenant.
Under the hood it uses table and page extensions to model floors, tables, open checks, courses and modifier groups; event subscribers to post finalized checks into BC Sales documents so revenue, tax and COGS flow into the standard ledger with zero re-keying. Kitchen routing is driven per prep station and can print or push to a KDS. Split, merge and transfer of bills and tables is first-class, as are tips, service charge and configurable tax handling.
Order entry surfaces are delivered as Business Central pages (Web Client / tablet) or as a lightweight front end calling the BC REST/OData v4 API, so terminals talk to the same tenant the back office uses. Permission sets scope cashier, server, supervisor and manager roles. End-of-day batches and recurring postings run on the Job Queue. Where you want loyalty, online ordering or reporting in Power BI, we wire it through Dataverse / the Power Platform.

Typical delivery is two to five weeks from when we finish scoping your menu, floor plan, prep stations and tax rules. We build the AL extension, install it first on your Business Central sandbox for sign-off, then deploy to your production tenant. Complex multi-site menus or KDS hardware integration extend the timeline; we give you a firm date after the scoping call. This is a built-to-order extension, not an instant AppSource download.
+How are ongoing support and updates handled?
ECOSIRE supports the extension on your tenant after go-live. Because it is a per-tenant AL extension, we recompile and reinstall it against each Business Central minor and major update (Microsoft ships these roughly every six months) so it stays compatible. Support covers bug fixes, BC version upgrades and configuration help; new features such as added stations, payment integrations or report changes are quoted as change requests. You receive the full source, so you are never locked to us.

Yes. The extension is built in AL and installs on Business Central online (SaaS) as a per-tenant extension, and on supported on-premises and private-cloud deployments.
