The MENA Payment Gateway Pack is a build-to-order Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension that connects your tenant to the four payment gateways that dominate the Gulf — Tap, PayTabs, MyFatoorah and HyperPay — so you can collect on local card schemes (Mada in Saudi Arabia, KNET in Kuwait) and regional wallets without writing your own AL integration.

This is not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds the extension to your exact gateway accounts and chart of accounts, installs it as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central environment (cloud or on-prem), and supports it afterward. We deliver real AL code: page and table extensions on Customer, Sales Invoice and Payment Reconciliation; an API client codelet that calls each gateway's REST endpoints; event subscribers that fire on posting and on webhook receipt; and a secure credential store driven by per-store / per-company setup records.

Functionally, the pack gives your team hosted-page checkout (the customer is redirected to the gateway's PCI-hosted form) and pay-by-link (generate a payment URL and email or WhatsApp it from the posted sales document). Settled transactions flow back through gateway webhooks processed by a Job Queue entry, are matched against open invoices, and post payment entries you can drive into Bank/Cash Receipt Journals. Refunds and partial refunds are initiated from the document and reconciled automatically. Multi-currency is honored end to end (AED, SAR, KWD, USD and more), and each store or company can carry its own gateway credentials.

We scope which of the four gateways you actually need, lock down a permission set, and hand over documentation. You own the source; you are never locked to a vendor app you can't change.

How long until the pack is live on our Business Central environment?

Typical delivery is 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, depending on how many of the four gateways you need and how clean your gateway and bank accounts are. The schedule is: scoping and account/credential collection, building and unit-testing the AL extension against each gateway's sandbox, installing it as a per-tenant extension on your sandbox for UAT, then promoting to production with a go-live check. We confirm the exact lead time in writing before you pay.

Is this an instant download from Microsoft AppSource?

No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE writes the AL code against your specific gateway merchant accounts and chart of accounts, then installs it as a per-tenant extension directly on your Business Central environment. There is no AppSource listing to click-install — that is deliberate, because it lets us tailor the credentials, currencies, posting setup and the exact gateways to your business.

What happens with ongoing support and updates after go-live?

You receive a warranty period for defect fixes after go-live, and you own the full AL source so any developer can maintain it. ECOSIRE offers an optional support and maintenance retainer that covers gateway API version changes, new local card schemes, Business Central major-version upgrades (the extension is re-validated each BC release wave), and adding a gateway you didn't originally include. Without a retainer we are still available for fixed-scope change requests.

Does card data ever touch our Business Central tenant?

No. Checkout uses each gateway's PCI-DSS hosted page or pay-by-link, so the cardholder enters details on the gateway's own secure form. Business Central only stores the gateway transaction reference, status, amount and currency — never the PAN or CVV. This keeps your PCI scope minimal.

Can different stores or companies use separate merchant accounts on the same tenant?

Yes. Credentials are stored in per-store / per-company setup records, so each outlet or legal entity can run its own Tap, PayTabs, MyFatoorah or HyperPay merchant account on a single Business Central tenant, while reporting and reconciliation roll up centrally.
