Close deals inside Business Central — no copy-paste to a signing portal
This is a build-to-order Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension that wires your DocuSign or Adobe Sign account directly into the documents your sales and contracts teams already work with. Instead of exporting a PDF, opening a separate signing app, uploading, tagging, and later re-attaching the executed copy, a user clicks Send for Signature straight from a Sales Quote, Sales Order, or contract page. The envelope is created over the provider's REST API, routed to one or more signers, and tracked end-to-end.
When the document is signed, declined, or voided, a webhook (DocuSign Connect / Adobe Sign event) lands on a per-tenant API endpoint and an AL codeunit updates the BC record: a custom Signature Status field flips to Sent → Delivered → Completed, timestamps are stamped, and the final signed PDF is archived against the record (as an Incoming Document attachment or in your configured Document Management table). Your BC data stays the single source of truth.
ECOSIRE builds the extension in AL against your exact document flow, installs it as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central Online (or on-prem) environment, configures the DocuSign/Adobe Sign app registration and webhook, ships the permission sets, and supports it after go-live. This is not an instant AppSource download — it is a scoped engagement with an honest delivery lead time, delivered and warrantied by our AL engineers.
Pricing is a one-time USD 499 build. Your DocuSign or Adobe Sign subscription is contracted separately with the provider. Multi-signer routing, template and field mapping, and the status write-back are all included in the base build; we scope any extra document types up front.

How long does delivery take, and what does the process look like?
Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, depending on how many document types and signer workflows you need. The flow is: a scoping call to confirm your documents and DocuSign/Adobe Sign account details, the AL build, installation as a per-tenant extension on a sandbox for your UAT, then promotion to production with the webhook and permission sets configured. We confirm the exact lead time in writing before you pay.
Is this an AppSource app I can just download and install myself?
No. This is a build-to-order engagement. ECOSIRE writes the AL extension against your specific document flow and installs it for you as a per-tenant extension on your Business Central environment. There is no instant AppSource download — you are buying a built, installed, and supported solution, not a self-service listing.
What happens to support and updates after go-live?
The build includes a post-go-live support window with a bug-fix warranty on the delivered extension. After that, we offer optional support retainers covering Business Central version compatibility (e.g. major BC update waves), DocuSign/Adobe Sign API changes, credential rotation, and new document types. You are never locked in — the AL source is delivered to you.
Do I need my own DocuSign or Adobe Sign subscription?
Yes. The connector talks to your DocuSign or Adobe Sign account over their REST APIs, so you contract that subscription directly with the provider at their tiers. The USD 499 covers building, installing, and configuring the BC-side extension and the provider app registration — not the signing subscription itself.
Will this modify the base Business Central application or break upgrades?
No base objects are modified. The connector is a clean per-tenant AL extension using table extensions, page extensions, and event subscribers, so it coexists with the standard app and survives Microsoft's update waves. If a major BC release changes a relevant API surface, that is covered under a support retainer.
Can I send a single document to multiple signers in a set order?
Yes. Multi-signer routing is included — you can route to ordered recipients (for example customer, then internal approver) or parallel signers, with each recipient's status tracked individually and rolled up into the Signature Status on the BC record.
