When a customer wants an item your store doesn't have on the shelf, the default outcome is a lost sale and a frustrated shopper. Endless Aisle & Ship-from-Store turns every other location and your web warehouse into a fulfillment node, so store staff can sell what isn't physically in front of them and have it shipped from the nearest stocked store or picked up elsewhere — all recorded inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

What ECOSIRE builds for you

This is not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports a per-tenant AL extension on your own Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem). We deliver it as a tailored solution scoped to your locations, fulfillment rules and POS.

The extension uses table and page extensions to surface real-time availability across Location records (and a synced web warehouse) directly on the POS / Sales Order line. Event subscribers on the sales posting and reservation flow create cross-location Reservation Entry records and spin up Transfer Orders or warehouse shipments for the fulfilling store. A dedicated "fulfillment node" page lets store associates capture an out-of-stock order, choose ship-from-store, BOPIS (buy-online-pickup-in-store) or pickup-at-another-branch, and track it to completion. Background work — availability refresh, web-order intake, status callbacks — runs through the Job Queue.

Web and external commerce sync over the Business Central REST/OData v4 API, with optional Dataverse / Power Platform integration for a Power Automate fulfillment-routing flow or a Power BI fill-rate dashboard. Access is governed by purpose-built permission sets so cashiers, store managers and fulfillment staff each see only what they should.

No. Endless Aisle & Ship-from-Store is build-to-order. ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports a per-tenant AL extension on your own Business Central environment, scoped to your locations, fulfillment rules and POS. There is no instant AppSource download — you get a tailored solution and a real engineering team behind it.

How long does delivery take after I order?

Typical delivery is about 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff, depending on the number of locations, your webstore/marketplace integration and whether Power Platform assets are in scope. After purchase we run a short scoping call to confirm requirements, then build, install on a sandbox for your sign-off, and promote to production. We'll give you a firm timeline before development starts.

What happens with ongoing support and Business Central updates?

Your purchase includes a post-go-live support window covering bug fixes and compatibility maintenance against Microsoft's monthly Business Central releases. Because it's an upgrade-safe extension with no core-object modification, version updates are low-risk. Extended support, enhancements and new fulfillment rules are available as an ongoing arrangement.

Will this work with my POS and my online store?

The extension surfaces availability and captures orders on the BC sales document, so it fits BC-connected POS workflows. For your webstore or marketplace, we integrate over the Business Central REST/OData v4 API to sync availability and order status. During scoping we confirm your specific POS and commerce platform and design the integration accordingly.

Is it safe for my live Business Central data and how is access controlled?
