This is a build-to-order plugin: ECOSIRE develops it against your store's PHP, WooCommerce, and WordPress versions, installs it on your site, and configures it against your live PayTabs Profile ID and Server Key. It is not an instant WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org download — there is an honest build and delivery lead time.
The gateway registers as a proper WooCommerce payment method by extending WC_Payment_Gateway and hooking into woocommerce_payment_gateways, so it appears natively under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments in wp-admin. Shoppers can pay via 3D Secure card payments plus regional rails — mada, KNET, Apple Pay, and valU — using either hosted (redirect) or embedded iframe checkout, configurable per your fraud and UX preferences.

How long does delivery take, since this isn't an instant download?
This is a build-to-order plugin, so there is an honest lead time. Typical delivery is around 5 to 10 business days from when we receive your PayTabs sandbox credentials and WordPress/WooCommerce details. Timing depends on which local methods (mada, KNET, Apple Pay, valU) you need and your store's customizations. You will not get an instant marketplace zip — ECOSIRE builds it for your specific environment, tests it in sandbox, and installs it on your site.
What do I need to provide before you start?
An active PayTabs merchant account with the payment methods you want enabled, your PayTabs Profile ID and Server Key (sandbox first, then production), WordPress admin access (or a staging site), and your current PHP, WordPress, and WooCommerce versions. If you use WPML or multisite, tell us up front so we build for it.
Do I get ongoing support and updates after launch?
Yes. The build includes a defined support window covering bug fixes and compatibility updates as WooCommerce and WordPress release new versions, plus PayTabs API changes that affect the integration. After the initial window we offer a renewable maintenance plan. You own the plugin code on your own server either way, so you are never locked out of it.
Will order statuses update automatically if a customer closes the browser after paying?
Yes. The plugin relies on PayTabs server-to-server callbacks (IPN), not just the browser redirect. When PayTabs posts the callback, we verify its signature and then update the order via WooCommerce's payment_complete() and update_status() with an order note. So even if the shopper abandons the redirect, the order still syncs to the correct paid/failed state.
