This is build-to-order, not an instant download. After you purchase and share your PayTabs merchant credentials and store access, a typical build, sandbox test, and installation takes about 7 to 12 business days depending on your theme complexity and whether recurring payments are in scope. We confirm a firm timeline during scoping before any work starts.

You need an active PayTabs merchant account with API credentials (profile ID and server key), Shopify staff/collaborator access to your store, and confirmation of which currencies and payment methods you want enabled. If you do not yet have a PayTabs account, we can guide you through the application, but the account itself is approved by PayTabs, not us.

Shopify reserves its native Payments Platform for certified partners, so PayTabs is integrated through its hosted payment page or embedded iframe, triggered from your checkout, with server-side webhook verification confirming each payment before the order is marked paid. This is the standard, supported approach for regional processors that are not natively listed by Shopify.

Full and partial refunds are included and are driven from a connected admin flow that syncs the refund status back to the Shopify order. Recurring or tokenized payments are supported where your PayTabs profile enables them; if recurring billing is a requirement, tell us during scoping so we size and test it correctly.

Every build includes a defined post-launch support window (typically 30 days) covering bug fixes and issues with the integration we delivered. After that, we offer optional maintenance retainers to handle PayTabs or Shopify API changes, new currencies or payment methods, and version updates. PayTabs' own transaction fees are billed by PayTabs directly and are separate from our build and support fees.
