The Coupang Marketplace Connector for Shopify bridges your Shopify catalog and South Korea's largest marketplace, Coupang, so you can list, sell and fulfill across both channels without re-keying data. This is a build-to-order app: after purchase, ECOSIRE configures it against your store and your Coupang Wing seller account, installs it as a custom app on your Shopify, and hands it over working — there is no instant App Store download.
Under the hood, the connector reads your catalog through the Shopify Admin GraphQL API, maps each product and variant to the correct Coupang category, attribute and notice (고시정보) fields, and pushes listings in bulk. Inventory and price sync runs both ways: Shopify multi-location inventory levels and price changes propagate to Coupang on a schedule, and Coupang sales decrement Shopify stock so you avoid overselling. Orders placed on Coupang are imported as native Shopify orders with line items, buyer-masked shipping data and marketplace fees recorded in order metafields; tracking numbers you add in Shopify flow back to Coupang to keep your shipment status compliant.

How long until the connector is live on my store?
Typical delivery is 2–3 weeks from kickoff, depending on catalog size and how many Coupang categories your products span. After purchase we confirm scope, connect to your Coupang Wing account and Shopify store, build and configure the mappings, run an initial bulk listing, then validate sync end to end before handover. Larger or more complex catalogs may take longer; we give you a firm timeline at kickoff.
Is this an instant Shopify App Store download?
No. This is a build-to-order custom app. ECOSIRE builds it for your specific store, Coupang account, SKU scheme and tax setup, then installs it as a custom app on your Shopify and hands it over working. There is no public App Store listing to self-install, and we never ask you to paste Coupang API keys into your theme — credentials are stored server-side.
What do you need from me to connect Coupang?
An active Coupang Wing seller account with Open API access enabled, and a Shopify plan that permits custom app installation. We use your Coupang Wing API credentials to authenticate server-side and the Shopify Admin GraphQL API via a custom app with the scopes needed for products, inventory, orders and fulfillment. We'll guide you through generating and sharing these securely at kickoff.
How are Korean categories, attributes and KRW prices handled?
During the build we map your Shopify products to the correct Coupang category, required attributes and product-notice (고시정보) fields so listings pass Coupang validation. Pricing uses a configurable KRW conversion with your margin and rounding rules, so Coupang prices stay aligned with your strategy. You control the mappings through an admin interface after handover.
What ongoing support and updates are included?
Every build includes an agreed post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration adjustments.
