Mobile Approvals & Alerts
Purchase orders, expenses and leave approved from a notification, not a laptop.
Approvals are where business processes go to wait. We build a focused app that pushes the request to the approver's phone with enough context to decide — the amount, the requester, the budget line, the history — and posts the decision straight back into the ERP's approval chain.

List what actually gets approved
Document types, thresholds, delegation rules and the escalations that exist on paper but never fire.
Design the decision screen
The smallest set of facts an approver needs. Anything more is scrolled past; anything less produces rubber-stamping.
Wire the notifications
Push driven by ERP events, with digest and quiet-hours behaviour agreed rather than assumed.
Pilot with the busiest approver
The person with the longest queue is the best test of whether the design works.
Wichtige Vorteile
Decisions where the approver is
A push notification with the amount, the requester and the reason. Approve or reject without opening a laptop.
Enough context to be responsible
Budget line, prior spend with the vendor and the attached document, so approval is a decision rather than a reflex.
Your approval chain, unchanged
The app posts into the ERP's existing workflow. Delegation, thresholds and escalation continue to behave exactly as configured.
A visible queue
Approvers see what is waiting and how long it has waited, which is usually enough on its own to move the number down.

Häufig gestellte Fragen
Does this bypass our approval rules?
No. The app is a new surface onto the ERP's existing approval chain — thresholds, delegation and escalation are enforced server-side exactly as they are today. It changes where the decision is made, not who may make it.
Can approvers act on documents they should not see?
No. Visibility follows the ERP's own record rules, so an approver sees on the phone precisely what they would see on the desktop.
What about approvals made in error?
Whatever your ERP already supports for reversal continues to apply, and every action is logged against the real user with a timestamp.
