A build-to-order Zoho Analytics reporting pack that models your Zoho CRM, Books and Inventory data into executive dashboards for cash, pipeline, margin and ageing. Built for your org after a fixed quote. Built to order by ECOSIRE for Zoho One (build-to-order) — indicative price from $999.00 USD; request a quote for a scoped proposal.

Zoho Analytics ships with an import wizard, not with your business. Once the Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory connectors have synced, an owner is looking at raw tables — Deals, Invoices, Items, Sales_Orders — and a blank workspace. The numbers a management meeting actually needs are not columns in those tables. Weighted pipeline needs stage probability applied against expected close date. Gross margin needs invoice line items joined to purchase cost, not to list price. Receivable ageing needs invoice date, due date, credit notes and part payments reconciled into buckets. Cash position needs bank and undeposited-funds balances from Zoho Books read against upcoming payables.
So the reporting either never gets built, or someone exports to a spreadsheet every Monday and the board reviews numbers that are a week stale and quietly disagree with Zoho Books.
ECOSIRE builds a report and dashboard pack inside your own Zoho Analytics workspace, modelled against your actual Zoho data — your pipeline stages, your chart of accounts, your item groups, your tax configuration. Nothing here is a pre-built download; it is built to order after we have seen your data structure.
We configure the Zoho Analytics connectors for Zoho CRM, Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory, then build the derived layer on top of them: SQL query tables that join Invoices to Invoice_Items to Items, lookup relationships between CRM Accounts and Books Customers so a single client rolls up across both systems, and a generated date dimension so period-over-period comparisons behave correctly across fiscal years that do not start in January.
Where Zoho's connector does not expose a field you need, we pull it through the Zoho Analytics Data API or a Zoho Flow job writing into a custom table, rather than leaving a gap in the model.
Cash and liquidity. Bank balances by Zoho Books account, receivables and payables position, cash movement over the trailing period, and a forward view driven by invoice due dates and bill due dates.
Pipeline and sales. Open pipeline by stage, owner and product line from CRM Deals, weighted by stage probability; win rate and average cycle time from Stage_History; new business against renewal or repeat business where your CRM distinguishes them.
Margin. Revenue by item, item group and customer from Books invoice lines, set against cost of goods from Zoho Inventory purchase and landed-cost data, so gross margin is computed rather than assumed. Discount leakage is broken out separately.
Receivables ageing. Standard bucketing to your policy, with drill-through from a bucket to the individual invoice, the customer's payment history and the CRM owner responsible for the account.
Operations. Stock value and cover by warehouse from Zoho Inventory, backorder exposure, and — where your organisation is subject to it — a GST or VAT summary sheet reconciling taxable value and tax by rate against your Zoho Books tax settings, for review before filing rather than as a filing tool.
The pack is built in a Zoho Analytics workspace in your own account. Row-level filters are configured against your Zoho user roles so a regional manager sees their region and the finance lead sees the whole org. Scheduled email delivery is configured for the boards that need to land in an inbox rather than be visited, and, where you want the numbers inside CRM, we embed selected views into a Zoho CRM homepage tab using a Sigma widget or a permalink-embedded report.
Owner-managed and mid-market companies already running Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, typically 10 to 200 staff, who have enough transaction volume that spreadsheets have become a liability and enough complexity — multiple entities, warehouses, currencies or product lines — that the default Zoho Analytics reports do not answer the question being asked in the management meeting.
It suits businesses with multi-organisation Zoho Books setups particularly well, because consolidating two or more Books organisations into one board is exactly the modelling work that has to be done by hand.
1. Scoping call. We review your Zoho Analytics edition and row limits, your Zoho Books organisations, your CRM stage and field configuration, your item and warehouse structure, and the specific decisions each dashboard has to support. We ask what your team currently pulls into spreadsheets — that list is the real specification.
2. Fixed quote. You receive a written scope naming every report and dashboard, the data sources behind each, the filters and user roles, and a fixed price. Anything discovered later that sits outside that scope is quoted separately before any work starts.
3. Build. Typical lead time is one working week from acceptance, depending on how many Books organisations and custom modules are in play. We build against a copy of your data or a sandbox workspace, and we share progress at agreed checkpoints so the layout and metric definitions can be corrected while they are cheap to change.
4. Install in test, then production. The pack is installed into a test workspace connected to your live sources in read-only fashion first. You review every number against Zoho Books and Zoho CRM directly. Only once your finance lead signs off that the figures reconcile do we promote to the production workspace, configure sharing, and switch on scheduled delivery.
5. Support. A support window is included after go-live for defect fixes, sync scheduling adjustments and permission corrections. Ongoing changes — new metrics, new dashboards, new source systems — are quoted as extensions.
This is a build service. There is no instant download, no free trial and no shrink-wrapped product sitting on a shelf. Zoho Analytics row limits and connector behaviour are set by your Zoho subscription, not by us, and we will tell you during scoping if your current edition constrains what you have asked for.
A short call to confirm the workflow, your platform version and where the integration boundaries sit.
You receive a written scope and a fixed price. Nothing is built until you approve it.
We develop against a copy of your configuration and test it there. Typically two to four weeks.
Wir installieren auf Ihrer Instanz, übergeben den Quellcode und schließen zwei Wochen Go-live-Support ein. Fehler im von uns gelieferten Code beheben wir kostenlos.
Runs the weekly management meeting off numbers assembled by hand in spreadsheets that never quite agree with Zoho Books. Gets one board showing cash, pipeline, margin and ageing sourced directly from live Zoho data, so the meeting argues about decisions rather than about whose figure is right.
Spends the first days of each month rebuilding ageing schedules and margin analysis by exporting from Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory. Gets those schedules as live reports that reconcile to Books line by line, with drill-through to the invoice so queries are answered in the dashboard instead of in a new export.
Has forecast conversations based on gut feel because CRM's default reports do not weight pipeline or expose cycle time by stage. Gets weighted pipeline, win rate and stage-duration reporting by owner and product line, filtered so each manager sees only their own team.
