Loyalty Points & Rewards is a build-to-order WooCommerce plugin that turns one-time buyers into repeat customers. ECOSIRE engineers it for your store, installs it on your WordPress site, and supports it after launch — this is not an instant WordPress.org or WooCommerce.com download.
The plugin awards points through native WooCommerce order status hooks (woocommerce_order_status_completed, woocommerce_order_status_processing) so points settle only on real, fulfilled orders — not abandoned or refunded ones. Customers earn on purchases, referrals, product reviews, account signup and birthdays, then redeem points as a discount at checkout via a coupon-equivalent applied through the WooCommerce cart/fee API.
Everything is HPOS-compatible (custom order tables) and stores balances and ledger entries in dedicated custom tables plus per-user meta, with every transaction written to an auditable history. A points balance widget (block + shortcode) and a My Account endpoint give customers a transparent running total and statement.
Merchants configure earn rates, tiered VIP levels, campaign multipliers (e.g. double points weekends) and expiry rules from a clean wp-admin settings screen — no code edits. Point expiry and birthday awards run on WP-Cron (or a real system cron we wire for reliability). The build exposes WooCommerce REST API endpoints and WordPress action/filter hooks so your theme, CRM or POS can read and adjust balances.

No. This is build-to-order. ECOSIRE writes the plugin for your specific store, installs it on your WordPress site and configures it for you. There is no marketplace download link — you receive the finished, installed plugin and its source code directly from us.
What ongoing support and updates are included?
Your build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and compatibility with the WooCommerce and WordPress versions you run at delivery. Because you own the source code outright, there is no forced subscription. For ongoing version-tracking, new features or major WooCommerce upgrades down the line, we offer an optional maintenance arrangement, but it is never required for the plugin to keep working.
Will it work with HPOS (custom order tables) and my current theme and gateway?
Yes. The plugin is built HPOS-compatible and uses native WooCommerce order-status hooks and the cart fee/coupon API, so it works with the High-Performance Order Storage tables and standard gateways. We test against your actual theme, checkout flow and payment gateway during the build so points award correctly on completed orders and redemption applies cleanly at checkout.
How are points stored and can other systems read the balances?
Points balances and every earn, redeem and expiry event are stored in dedicated custom database tables plus user meta on your own site — nothing is sent to a third-party SaaS. We expose WooCommerce REST API endpoints and WordPress action/filter hooks so your CRM, POS, email platform or custom dashboards can read balances and award or deduct points programmatically.
Can I run double-points campaigns and set points to expire?
Yes. The admin panel lets you schedule campaign multipliers with start and end dates, scoped globally or to specific products, categories or VIP tiers. Expiry is fully configurable as rolling (e.g. 12 months from earning) or fixed-date, and a scheduled WP-Cron task debits expired points automatically and records the adjustment in the customer's history.
