The NetSuite ERP Connector for WooCommerce keeps your storefront and your Oracle NetSuite ERP in lock-step without manual CSV exports or brittle middleware. When a customer checks out, the order, line items, customer record and payment totals flow into NetSuite as a Sales Order or Cash Sale; when NetSuite fulfills, the Item Fulfillment and shipment/tracking status flows back to WooCommerce and the order transitions automatically.
Bidirectional order sync: WooCommerce orders post to NetSuite as Sales Orders or Cash Sales, with status, payment and line-item detail mapped to your record types
Customer sync: WooCommerce customers create/update NetSuite Customer records, matched by email or a custom external-ID field to prevent duplicates
Item/product sync: NetSuite items (inventory, non-inventory, kit/assembly, matrix) map to WooCommerce products and variations with SKU as the join key
Inventory sync from NetSuite: on-hand and available quantities push to WooCommerce stock so the storefront reflects warehouse reality (single or multi-location)
Price sync from NetSuite: base price and price-level/currency-specific pricing flow to WooCommerce, optionally per customer group
Fulfillment & shipment status sync: NetSuite Item Fulfillments push tracking numbers and carrier back to WooCommerce, auto-advancing order status
This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds it against your NetSuite account, your SuiteTalk REST/SOAP and SuiteScript configuration, your subsidiaries and your WooCommerce setup — then installs and supports it on your WordPress site. We map your specific NetSuite internal IDs, custom fields, saved searches and item types so the integration reflects how your business actually runs.
Under the hood it uses the WooCommerce REST API and native WordPress hooks (woocommerce_order_status_changed, woocommerce_new_order, item save actions) plus a managed WP-Cron queue so high-volume syncs never block checkout. It is HPOS-aware (the custom order tables in modern WooCommerce) and stores NetSuite internal IDs as order/product meta for clean two-way reconciliation. Token-Based Authentication (TBA) to SuiteTalk is configured securely server-side.
For mid-market and enterprise sellers, the connector supports multi-subsidiary and multi-currency routing, tax and GL account mapping, and inventory & price sync so NetSuite remains the single source of truth for stock and pricing. A wp-admin settings screen exposes field mappings, sync toggles, retry policy and a per-record sync log. Everything is built to your edge cases — partial fulfillments, backorders, refunds, drop-ship POs — and hardened against API throttling with idempotent retries.
A growing WooCommerce brand that already runs NetSuite for finance and inventory and is drowning in manual order entry. They need orders, stock and fulfillments to flow automatically so finance stops re-keying and the storefront stops overselling.
An enterprise operating several legal entities, currencies and warehouses in NetSuite OneWorld. They need each WooCommerce order routed to the correct subsidiary with proper tax codes, GL accounts and currency mapping, which off-the-shelf connectors rarely handle cleanly.
An ops or IT owner currently relying on CSV imports, Zapier-style hacks or an unmaintained connector that breaks on every NetSuite or WooCommerce update. They want a supported, source-available integration tailored to their internal IDs and edge cases, with someone accountable for upkeep.

No. This is a build-to-order integration. ECOSIRE builds the connector against your specific NetSuite account, subsidiaries, custom fields and WooCommerce configuration, then installs and configures it on your WordPress site (staging first, then production). There is no self-service marketplace download, because every NetSuite account uses different internal IDs, record types and SuiteScript customizations that the connector must be mapped to.
Typical delivery is roughly 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, depending on the complexity of your NetSuite setup (number of subsidiaries, currencies, custom fields, special order/refund flows). After purchase we schedule a discovery call to confirm your SuiteTalk access, record types and field mappings, then build and test on a staging copy of your site before go-live. We give you a firm timeline after that discovery call.
We need a NetSuite role with SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP) access and Token-Based Authentication enabled, plus the ability to create an integration record. We'll guide you through generating the TBA tokens and granting the right permissions. We also need to know your subsidiaries, currencies, item types, tax codes and GL accounts, and any custom fields you want synced. No credentials are stored in the browser — TBA tokens are configured securely server-side.
Yes. The connector is built HPOS-aware, so it reads and writes against WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (the custom order tables) as well as legacy order storage. Because product and customer matching is keyed on SKU and a stable external ID, it works with WPML multilingual stores and WordPress multisite networks, with per-site configuration so each store maps to the correct NetSuite entity.
Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and for compatibility updates when WooCommerce, WordPress core or the NetSuite SuiteTalk API change. Because the connector is built and maintained by ECOSIRE, there's a named team accountable for keeping it working through version upgrades. You can extend support and maintenance under an ongoing agreement, which we recommend for production stores given NetSuite's regular release cycle.
