It adds a delivery date and time-slot picker to the checkout (rendered via the woocommerce_after_order_notes / Checkout Block hooks), enforces delivery radius and zone rules so a customer outside your service area can't book a slot, and then routes the resulting order to a driver dispatch board in wp-admin where you assign stops and generate an optimized multi-stop route.

You don't download anything from a marketplace; we deliver, install and configure it for you.
+What happens to support and updates after go-live?
Every build includes a support and update window after launch (defaults to 30 days, extendable) covering bug fixes, compatibility patches and configuration help. Because WooCommerce, WordPress core and your gateway/mapping provider update regularly, we offer an optional ongoing maintenance plan so the plugin keeps working across WooCommerce/HPOS and PHP upgrades. We scope this with you before delivery.

Yes. Slot bookings and proof-of-delivery are stored using WooCommerce's CRUD/order-meta API so the plugin works whether you run legacy post-based orders or HPOS custom order tables. The slot picker supports both the classic checkout and the Checkout Block; we confirm which one your store uses and build/test against it.
+Which map provider does route optimization use, and who pays for it?
You choose — Google Maps, Mapbox or OpenRouteService — and you supply your own API key, so geocoding and routing usage is billed to your account and stays under your control. We configure the integration; any usage costs from the mapping provider are separate from ECOSIRE's one-time build price.
+Can drivers update deliveries from their phones?
Yes. Proof-of-delivery (signature, photo, timestamp and geolocation) is captured from a mobile browser, and slot/dispatch/delivery-status data is exposed over the WooCommerce REST API. That lets a driver-facing mobile view or a third-party app read assigned stops and post delivery status back to the order. A dedicated native driver app is out of scope for the base build but can be quoted separately.
