The WooCommerce Canada Post & Regional Carrier Pack is a build-to-order integration that ECOSIRE develops, installs and supports directly on your WordPress/WooCommerce store. This is not an instant marketplace download — after purchase, our engineers scope your carrier accounts, build the plugin against your contract rates, deploy it to your site, and stay on to support it.

The pack registers each carrier as a native WC_Shipping_Method, so live postal rates appear at checkout based on the customer's destination, cart weight and your configured flat-rate box dimensions. We integrate the official carrier APIs — Canada Post Sell Online / Rating & Shipping, Australia Post PAC/Shipping & Tracking, and Royal Mail Click & Drop / Shipping API v2 — using your own merchant credentials so you keep your negotiated discounts.

Fulfilment is handled inside wp-admin: generate domestic and international shipping labels straight from the WooCommerce order screen (HPOS / custom order tables supported), with CN22/CN23 customs declarations and commercial-invoice data populated from product weights, HS codes and country of origin. Tracking numbers are written back to the order, pushed to the customer in WooCommerce emails, and synced via WP-Cron so delivery statuses update automatically.

Built the WooCommerce way: settings live under WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping, behaviour is exposed through WordPress hooks and filters (e.g. rate adjustments, box-packing overrides), and everything is WPML / multisite-aware. How long does delivery take, since this isn't an instant download?

This is a build-to-order plugin, not a marketplace download. After purchase we scope your carrier accounts and requirements, then build, install and test the integration on your site. A standard single-carrier build is typically delivered in about 2–3 weeks; multi-carrier scopes (Canada Post + Australia Post + Royal Mail together) or unusual box/customs rules can take a little longer. We confirm a firm timeline with you before work starts.

What ongoing support and updates do I get?

Every build includes a defined post-launch support and update window covering bug fixes and adjustments for carrier API changes — Canada Post, Australia Post and Royal Mail periodically version or deprecate endpoints, and we keep your integration working through those changes. After the included window, ongoing maintenance is available as a support retainer. Because we install on your own WordPress site, you own the code and it keeps running regardless.

Do I need my own carrier accounts?

Yes. The integration uses your own merchant accounts and API credentials (Canada Post Sell Online / Rating, Australia Post PAC/Shipping & Tracking, Royal Mail Click & Drop / Shipping API). This means rates at checkout reflect your negotiated contract pricing, not generic retail rates. We handle the technical connection and testing of those credentials during the build.

Will it work with HPOS and my existing theme/plugins?

Yes. The plugin is built against WooCommerce's current standards, including HPOS / custom order tables, and registers carriers as native WC_Shipping_Method instances so it coexists with your theme, checkout and other shipping plugins. We test against your live setup before going live and expose behaviour through WordPress hooks and filters rather than core edits, so updates to WordPress, WooCommerce or your theme don't break it.

Can it handle international customs paperwork and multiple box sizes?

Yes. International orders generate CN22/CN23 customs declarations and commercial-invoice data populated from each product's weight, HS/tariff code and country of origin. You can define flat-rate box presets, and the box-packing logic distributes cart items across boxes so both the live rate and the printed label reflect realistic packaging.
