The Walmart Marketplace Connector for Shopify keeps your Shopify store and your Walmart Seller Center account in lockstep so you stop double-keying listings, overselling, and missing acknowledgement deadlines. It listens to Shopify Admin API webhooks (products/update, inventory_levels/update, orders/create) and reconciles them against the Walmart Marketplace API, so a price change, a stock movement, or a new order flows between both systems within seconds instead of on a nightly batch.

This is not an instant App Store download. ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and configures the connector specifically for your store, your Walmart category taxonomy, and your fulfillment model. After purchase you complete a short onboarding (Shopify custom-app OAuth scopes plus Walmart API keys), and we deliver a working, tested integration on your store.

How long until it is live on my store?

Typical delivery is about 2 to 3 weeks from the time we receive Shopify access and your Walmart API credentials, depending on catalog size and how complex your category mapping and fulfillment rules are. We confirm a firm timeline during onboarding before any build work starts.

What do I need before you can build it?

An active Shopify plan, an approved Walmart Marketplace seller account with API access, and the ability to grant a Shopify custom app the required OAuth scopes. For Walmart Canada you also need an approved Walmart Canada account. We guide you through generating and securely sharing the API keys.

Do you support WFS and Walmart Canada?

Yes. Walmart Fulfillment Services items are flagged so Walmart owns stock and shipping for those SKUs while your self-fulfilled items keep syncing from Shopify multi-location inventory. Walmart Canada is supported as a separate region with its own currency, tax and fulfillment configuration when it is in scope for your build.

What about ongoing support, updates and API changes?

Every build includes a post-launch support window for fixes and adjustments. Beyond that, ECOSIRE offers ongoing maintenance so that when Shopify or Walmart change their APIs, or your catalog and rules evolve, the connector is updated and kept working. Maintenance terms are agreed with you rather than billed as a forced subscription.

Will it oversell or create duplicate listings if webhooks fire twice?

No. Sync is idempotent with retry and conflict handling, so repeated webhooks or replays reconcile to the same state instead of duplicating listings or orders. Multi-location inventory rules also let you reserve buffer stock or exclude locations so Walmart availability reflects what you can actually ship.
