At checkout, shoppers choose in-store pickup / click & collect at a specific location or local delivery within your service area. We model your fulfillment rules against Shopify's multi-location inventory, so pickup is only offered when the chosen location actually has stock, read live through the Admin GraphQL API and inventoryLevels.
Local delivery zones are defined by radius around each store or by postcode/postal-code lists, with per-zone fees, minimum order values and lead times stored in metafields on locations and orders. Customers pick a delivery date and available time slot; slot capacity is enforced server-side so a window can't be oversold. Selected method, location, slot and address are written back to the order via metafields and surfaced in Shopify admin, the Orders API and order/email notifications.
The app installs as a Shopify app via OAuth with least-privilege scopes, subscribes to **orders/create, orders/updated and fulfillments/* webhooks, and works alongside Shopify POS so in-store staff see pickup and delivery orders in their queue. A built-in driver route-planning** view groups same-day deliveries, orders stops efficiently and exports manifests for your drivers.

+How long does delivery and installation take?
Typical build, configuration and installation takes about 2 to 3 weeks from the moment we have store access and your fulfillment rules (locations, zones, slot capacities, fees, cut-offs). Simpler setups land sooner; if you have many locations or unusual tax and blackout rules we'll confirm a firm timeline during onboarding before any build work starts.
+How does it know whether pickup is available for an item?
We read live stock from Shopify's multi-location inventory through the Admin GraphQL API. Pickup at a location is only offered when that location has the items in stock, and the rules update as inventory changes. Local-delivery availability is decided by whether the customer's address falls inside one of your radius or postcode zones.
+Does it work with Shopify POS and existing fulfillment?
Yes. The app is designed to sit alongside Shopify POS so counter staff see pickup and local-delivery orders in their queue, and it subscribes to order and fulfillment webhooks so statuses stay in sync with the rest of your fulfillment. It complements Shopify's native delivery features rather than replacing your store's core checkout.
