The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Connector for Shopify is a build-to-order integration — not an instant App Store install. After purchase, ECOSIRE scopes your exact data flows, builds the connector against your Dynamics 365 environment (Business Central or Finance & Operations), installs it on your Shopify store, and supports it in production.

It bridges the two systems using the Shopify Admin GraphQL API and webhooks on one side, and the Dynamics 365 OData / API endpoints (Business Central web services or F&O Data Management) on the other. When a Shopify order is placed, a webhook triggers a near-real-time push into Dynamics as a sales order or invoice. Inventory levels written in Dynamics flow back to the correct Shopify multi-location stock buckets. Product, pricing, and customer records sync in the direction you choose.

Because it is built for you, the field mapping is yours: Shopify line items to Dynamics item numbers, metafields to custom Dynamics fields, tax and currency handling, and multi-entity / multi-company routing so each Shopify store or market lands in the right legal entity. Every sync runs through an error-handling and retry layer with logging, so a transient Dynamics timeout or a throttled GraphQL call is retried — not silently dropped.

You can run it event-driven (real-time) for orders and on a scheduled batch for catalog and inventory reconciliation.
