ECOSIRE builds and installs a private Shopify app tailored to your store. Using the Shopify Admin GraphQL API and OAuth with read-only financial scopes (read_orders, read_shopify_payments_payouts, read_fulfillments), plus orders/create, refunds/create and payouts/... webhooks, it continuously ingests every order, line item, tax line, discount, refund and Shopify Payments payout. It then three-way reconciles sales recorded in Shopify against payout deposits against the gross/fee/net breakdown — so you can see exactly what hit the bank and why it differs from your sales total.
On top of that it produces a per-jurisdiction tax liability breakdown from each order's tax lines, flags discrepancies and missing transactions (orders with no matching payout, payouts with no order, rounding gaps, currency-conversion deltas), and gives you a per-order drill-down audit trail from report figure back to the source order, transaction and webhook event.
Reports export to CSV, Excel and PDF, can be scheduled to email your accountant, and use a custom report builder shaped around how your bookkeeper actually files. Because it is build-to-order, it is matched to your store's currencies, tax regions, sales channels and accounting period — not a generic template.
