No. This is a build-to-order app. ECOSIRE custom-builds, installs and supports it for your specific store and size data. There is no instant App Store download and we don't list fake install links. After purchase we scope your catalog and size grid, then build and install the app on your theme.

Typical delivery is about one working week from when you provide your size data and grant collaborator/store access. Simple catalogs with clean size data go faster; large catalogs, custom measurement logic or many international size systems take longer. We confirm a firm timeline during scoping before any build work starts.

Every build includes two weeks of go-live support for fixes and adjustments. After that, you can choose an ongoing support-and-update plan that covers Shopify API version upgrades, theme-change compatibility, new chart/template requests and quiz tuning. You own the installed app; we keep it running as Shopify evolves.

Yes. The app installs as a theme app extension using App Embeds and app blocks, so charts and the quiz render through Shopify's extension framework rather than hardcoded Liquid edits. Size data lives in metafields, so it survives theme updates and you can move it between themes.

The fit-finder quiz steers shoppers to the correct size and variant before they buy, and the return-rate analytics view shows you which products and sizes drive returns so you can fix charts or product descriptions at the source. We don't promise a specific percentage — results depend on your catalog, traffic and how you act on the data.

In Shopify product and collection metafields via the Admin GraphQL API, scoped to your store under a least-privilege OAuth install. Nothing critical lives in an opaque third-party silo, and the app/uninstalled webhook cleans up cleanly if you ever remove it.
